This had to be the most unorganized and understaff store i have ever been into!! I went in with my grandson to get him an ice cream and by the time we got outside it was melted like no other. One employee. Its like what is wrong here. A very busy location. And not even staffed. Then it was so hot in there I was sweatinf bullets. $6 wasted

Very rude employees. I went here, and the employee(s) at the cash register didn't say hi or smile when I walked in. But as I headed back to shop, one of those employees (female) yelled, very rudely, "You've got FIVE minutes!!" This was at 9:35 pm. I don't know what store closes at 9:40 pm, and their posted hours say they close at 10:00 pm. I had driven 15 minutes to go there. I basically just walked right back out, because I didn't want to shop there after that. I was looking for something in particular that Family Dollar sells and had just spent $75 at a different Family Dollar. I won't be going back to this location. Someone with that attitude should not be working in customer service. Basically felt like she yelled at me to get out when they didn't even close for 25 more minutes.

Awesome allways manger is awesome Employees are well trained understaffed, but well trained. Love this location and it weekly sales I need a job their I wood love to work their!!

I'm pretty sure I just went into the nastiest store with the most inattentive employees I've ever seen. I have actually never been to a family dollar but I knew they were owned by Dollar Tree and had a board I was looking for that is sold out at the DTs locally. The store was a MESS. Literal boxes or crap just blocking each isle. Two employees were sitting at the register but I actually had to *ask* who was open to check me out because one was playing with lighters and the other way playing in her purse. Once I found out which cashier was willing to take my money I still had to wait as she ignored me and played in her purse. Glad I found my boards but I definitely won't be back! These stores don't save you money anyway, can't imagine why they're still open in Walmart country!

One the worst stores I have ever been in. Shelves empty, product in floor or boxes. Could not go down isles. One employee clocked on was hanging with Friends at the front blaring their music. Filthy absolutely filthy. Not to mention a hazard to even try to walk around.

I go to this location often and there has been about three times that I paid for my items and the cashier did not give me back ALL my change. I’m not talking about 50cents but $10-$20 worth of change as if someone doesn’t notice. The big white guy and the young black girl are definitely stealing from customers and I’m sure the products are missing because the employees are taking those as well. That store is hideous and disgusting! Then they have the nerve to say that they are hiring ?

This is the dirtiest family dollar in Springdale. The employees are very rude and always on their phones even when checking customers out. The manager is useless. They need to hire all new employees like yesterday.

This location is pathetic. The shelves are never stocked so it's hard to use the digital coupons. Usually only one employee there (the employees try hard but it's a no win situation for them). If you aren't going to try to improve the conditions of this location, close it down and let another company move in and serve this community.
