Housekeeping does excellent job. Denver and Jessica are amazing!!! John keeps up with maintenance and Nicole, Cyndi and Christopher take care of me at front desk.

I have been staying here for ar least 3 months and I love it here. Great people, great service, they go out of there way to make you feel at home. I would recommend the springdale location over any other location on the area.
Nearby activities: There is a very nice park nearby, walmart neighborhood market and numerous gas stations and places to eat within walking distance.
Walkability: Plenty of things to do within walking distance.

extended stay america in Springdale i live there almost year..room N hallway really clean,.good manager N staff workers great convenience and good service for customers no question ask about it look like 5 stars..??

I've been staying here for several weeks and it's been great. Smoke free, rooms are clean, the people that work here are very nice! The manager truly cares about his work. It's very reasonably priced. Never had any issues, and they're pet friendly!

Location was okay. It was really close to places to eat and some other small grocery stores.
The staff was really nice. Be aware you cannot check into this hotel after 11:30pm. We did not see anything about this through the 3rd party booking website about this, and we checked into at 11:27. The girl said the system would not let her bypass so we could check in, but it wouldn’t let her. Luckily she was so kind and gave us a room key and told us she would take care of it the next day.
With the lower price for a stay, you get what you pay for.

I was a long term guest at this hotel for over a year. It is an older hotel and the furniture may be a little old but it's clean. My room was very clean and the staff is amazing. I have read other reviews about this hotel being dirty but it's not. It's older but not dirty. If you want excellent service and clean rooms then come to this hotel.

my wife and i stayed here in the month of june, moved out, then moved back in with a better rate about a month later and stayed nearly all of September. both stays were wonderful. Chris, Nicole, Scott, u guys are awesome! the room is what you would expect, nothing fancy, but very clean. wifi is weak but works most nights, and there is a smell that u have to adjust to, but if there's ever a problem, maintenance gets it fixed asap. Rates are crazy expensive but this is probably the cheapest in town at the moment and we'll be back if all else fails. best of luck and thank u for the stay! - Keith #117 ?

I have been at this location just about 6 months me and my husband both I have loved it here the staff is always attentive the rooms are always clean and smoke free property is well kept up it is reasonably priced but we definitely got what we paid for quiet roomy and all together a good environment thank you Scott and the rest of the staff for all you do we definitely appreciate it you all have made us staying here all the more worthwhile thank you

The staff is super friendly, and they allow pets as well. We moved out of state and we were looking for a place to call home and this place was it! Everything was clean and nice!
