“I asked for a very obscure Xbox game and they had it. It plays well through and through despite being over 20 years old. And I describe a genre of video game for my switch, and they nailed it with a perfect match for my taste.”
“Penelope was so great! She helped my bf regain access to his iCloud which he’s had trouble with for YEARS. Got us both new phones and was very open about what she was doing and walking us through the process. She was so engaging and kind. You don’t find that much in customer service anymore. Would recommend going to her for anything. She definitely made the experience fun and enjoyable instead of boring and exhausting (yknow, waiting an hour to get a new phone or a new line)”
“I had to wait about an hour to be helped, and then was told they couldn't help me, and I had to go to a corporate office. They at least gave me the address, and were pleasant. It's not their fault. The email communication from Verizon should have given me that info. They do need more people there to cut down wait time. When I got to the corporate office, I was there about 2 minutes.”
“I can't believe how awesome of a job Juan did !! My PC was telling me it couldn't read the SSD and I assumed I should just replace it, but I wasn't sure. I didn't want to just buy another SSD and find out it was something else. Plus , I was certain Id be paying for another download of windows OS. I called around to a couple places and it seemed I was going to end up paying close to 500$... which is robbery considering I only wanted a diagnoses first or certainty I'd know what I was getting into with cost and repairs. Juan was certain he could fix my problem, knew the possibilities and assured me I wouldn't be getting anywhere close to 500$. I new SSD and install of windows cost me 200$. On top of that Juan made the inside clean and look brand new. This is my go to spot from now on if I have any future issues with my tech problems!!”

“Overall had a great experience here at the store. It has a very clean environment. There is new management and employees are great as well. They defiantly made sure to listen to what I wanted on a phone and services. With the phones being at good discounts and amazon prime included on the $60 plan, its a steal. Defiantly can't get any better!”
