All the staff is very friendly and willing to help, there is a wide variety of items of all prices and you can make payments by card. cash you can pay for yourself and thus save a little time although it is always very fluid there are no holds back there is a lot of parking ?

The worst service. Went in for balloons, understanding that the cashier was busy. I let two customers with only a few items in front of me go. I stepped to the side and picked out my balloons. And waited. And waited - while the cashier helped at least 15 more people while ignoring me. The line continued to grow longer so I just left. She didn’t say a word to me. Severely understaffed store.

Dollar tree was closed until 330 pm today, why? This is the craziest thing I've ever heard of. So I call and the girl said I opened at 327 but why. Also really need more inventory at this location.

This new store is s always clean and organized when I go in, but they hardly have any stock. A lot of the time big spaces on the shelves are empty. I asked if they would be getting in the Plus Stuff (over $1.25) but the girl said they've had no discussions about it. If you need a basic item that all their stores tend to carry, you can maybe find it here. Otherwise, just go to the Pleasant Street location. Yes - that one is always a mess, the staff is always complaining about working through their breaks or they are no where to be found, and you will stand in line for longer than it takes you to shop - but they have a much better selection (when it's actually on the shelves and not still in the boxes all stacked around in hazardous piles!)...

Second store not open as sign and online says! This is redicless! Employee just walked up 7min late! As they opened the store the alarm went off I heard one guy saying he doesn't know the code. What kinda business runs like thar. 2 stores aren't opening on time and no apology by employee, the 3 employee a girl was sitting next to me in the car saw me trying to enter the store and not one word not even after opening up late and of course no register ready to check out. This is redicless I can't be late to my job because of poor management! Shame on both stores and their management in Springdale Arkansas!

Management is horrible no one ever answers the phone they literally close store the store when they feel like it and no it’s not the first time.
