Be cautious of this place. They will tell you anything to get your business. Went way over on estimates ( almost double for original problem) actually charged me 2 hours to diagnose a water pump and fan clutch that I already told them was the problem and was very obvious. Got here on a Monday it’s now 3pm on Saturday and I’m still sitting in the waiting room.

STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN from this dealership. I just got the worst experience in my whole career, I’ve called them to do road service on a trailer, basically air lines from a break chamber got broken. They requested pictures and vin number so they can get the parts, I was quoted 2h min 205$ per hour and then 35$ for fuel for their mechanic to get there. It was 20 miles round trip and they charge 35$ for fuel :). Mechanic showed up there took out the break chamber then go back to the shop and called me with an 1200$ estimate. I’ve asked why is that he said well he need to travel back and forward for the parts, then I’ve asked why then you asked for vin so you can get the right parts right? He don’t have answers on that and they have me talked to a management which was acting ice cold, he lower down the invoice to 700$, for a break chamber that cost 47$, I declined and I found a guy that fix it for 350$. STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!! THEY A BIG SCAM!!

We were sold a truck with a hidden frame defect. Per the gentleman who fixed this at a body shop they work with, the frame was damaged so they removed the damaged portion and spliced the frame, on both sides. We attempted to go to Doggett, first, to find a reasonable solution to this problem, however those attempts have not been successful… yet.
Aside from the salesman we worked with, all other individuals we have encountered from Doggett have not been truthful in any capacity.

They never fix what you bring your truck in for and charge you a ridiculous amount

I went to Doggett Freighter because my truck was derated it wouldn’t go past 5MPH. They worked 48 hours on my truck, while I got my truck back and drove for 700 miles the same engine lights popped out and I’m stuck again.

They got me in quick. Staff was wonderful. Damn good service. No complaints what so ever. Service Manager Richard Olive took excellent care of me getting me back on the road. Will be coming back for any of my repair needs.
