I have problems with the car that I chose I have only 12 days of having it and from the second day in weight to fail and they do not want to repair my car ....... who can help me I advise you not to buy a used car, why no one will be responsible if it fails.....Well, what they told me was my problem, not theirs, which only sold cars.

For the most part my experience was good. However, I was a little taken back by the Crain Connection. The way it was presented to me by was that the vehicle purchase came with the 100,000 mile power train warranty. It was not disclosed to me that there was a cost associated with it. I didn't find out until I was in front of the finance department and saw the price I had agreed to was now higher. All I ask of a dealership is to be fully transparent. I feel this was not the case with my deal. I love my new truck but that left a bad impression about dealing with Crain or giving a referral to friends.On the other hand, I want to say that Kerry Crawford and Don Redden were great to work with. They were friendly and courteous. Kerry was very busy as he was juggling several customers and helping other sales staff and still remained friendly. If you deal with Crain Gmc I would recommend dealing with the Razorback Kerry Crawford!?

Originally quoted repair was $3400 total...6.5 weeks later the repair was complete and a total bill of $6200. Many frustrations with lack of communication, quote was for "aftermarket" parts (on a 2024 Hyundai Tucson)...estimator was unpleasant to work with and knew he should have never quoted a repair job on a brand new car with aftermarket parts. After the install of the trim above the wheel we get a picture asking if it looked okay. Clearly it was not okay and we demanded they order the correct part that would fit my car accurately. Would not recommend Crain Collison for any type of repair. Their communicate is awful, and has no sense of urgency.

They took good care of me and specifically good care of my car! Oil change and rotation of tires to get me back on the road for another 5,000 miles.
