Very dissatisfied/disappointed with this body shop. Went to them in February for my minivan and everything went great and smooth even got my car before they said it was going to be ready. Now come May my work truck needed to get fixed and they removed the back window and while driving it back home with my son in the back seat the glass shattered. We called right away they said bring it down and then we’re refusing to fix it. If I hadn’t kept up with my insurance and did my work on getting other technicians to look at my vehicle I would have been stuck paying out of pocket for the glass. I was out of my work vehicle for over 6 weeks costing me money every single day. I do not recommend going. I was hesitant to post but I’m not the first customer they treat this way. They make a mistake and take no accountability and say “it’s out of our hands take it up with your insurance.”

Courtney-Hollingsworth was fantastic throughout the entire process. Helped us with insurance when we needed it and communicated throughout the process of the vehicle being fixed. Great people and great service!

AMAZING body shop. Their communication is unlike any I’ve ever experienced while getting work done on my vehicle. I was kept in the loop the entire process so I knew exactly what was going on. They even sent pictures throughout the process of everything they were working on when it came to my vehicle. Andy was also so professional and polite. My car was returned to looking brand new!! HIGHLY recommended Courtney-Hollingsworth for any of your body shop needs. We will use them for as long as we live in the area!

Fantastic body shop! They kept me updated the entire time, fixed my car earlier than estimated and were very friendly! If I ever have damage to my car again (let's hope not! Lol) I will bring my car right back to Courtney-Hollingsworth!
