I placed a pick up order the other day for my mom who lives in Arkansas. We ended up deciding there was going to be something else a bit better for her hair type so I canceled this morning and the girl; Paige on the phone was extremely rude and had such an attitude. When I explained that to her, she said, “next time don’t purchase before you know what you need for sure.” Excuse me? I’m sorry I didn’t realize I couldn’t change my mind. That’s why returns exist. Secondly, you don’t need to talk to a customer that way and then at the end I asked if she could email me a confirmation receipt and she said, “well, if you would check your email it’s in there.”In a rude and condescending tone and when I was saying okay, thank you bye she had already hung up on me. I will not be purchasing from this location in the future. Consider hiring people who actually have people skills and know how to treat customers with respect.

Always has good customer service. Stock has been very low for several months. I really wish this CosmoProf was in a better location. Its in a very shady area and Im getting less and less comfortable going in to that area. Please put these girls in a safer place, they deserve it, as well as your customer base.

They always have what I need and on the off chance they don't they'll get it in fast! Old building but they do a good job of keeping it nice and clean.

Don’t buy any uv lamps for nails gel etc here ! I bought one and it didn’t work right ! Brought it back after a couple days with the receipt and they wouldn’t return it! What a waste of money . Buy buy buy online ! Def made me think twice about cosmoprof now ??
