I like that they have promos because reg price is to much if ur car stays durty and super wetI like going here the people are nice but the back of my dodge stays durty and the blowers leave it super wet and if u dont get out and dry it ur self it goes back to been durty same dayI dont know if its normal that u have to get put and dry it ur self but for 27+ u should notIt my opinion everyone thinks different

This is the best car wash. There is always 2 people spraying the car off prior to going through the wash and they offer towels to wipe the inside of the car down while you are going through the wash. And they are popping up everywhere which makes it so convenient!

After my three month membership is up I will not use this place again the one on 45th St. the people are absolutely rude. They messed up and didn’t put my membership in right couldn’t use it anywhere else had to go back there and then they treated me crappy about it, so I called the customer service line and the lady I spoke to was not very nice either. Call me crazy but when your company screws things up, you should compensate your customer and they refuse to do anything for me but offer me a free car wash when I already have a three month membership!

Anyone in the military, with friends or family in the military or anyone who is a veteran should take the time to read this. Imagine it is a normal routine day for you. You go to the car wash you already have an elite membership with. You frequent this car wash 2-3 times a week. It has only been open around 6 months but it has become a pretty significant part of your vehicle upkeep routine. You ask for the military membership discount to be applied as you see this NEW sign! Who doesn’t love a good discount, am I right? Only to be told, the sign is over a year old and they won’t be honoring it anymore. But, how can that be? The establishment itself has only been open for around 6 months. You request to cancel your membership and they happily oblige. They then proceed to rip the discount sign down in front of your face! Yes, it is normal for promotions to end. But I do feel it was blatant disrespect and despicable business practice! If a loaf of bread expires at your home, are you going to leave it sitting on the shelf for “a year”? No? I didn’t think so. This is what happened to three time combat veteran, Shaun Richey today. At the Club car wash in Springdale, Arkansas. Save your money and take it to somewhere that actually honors what their business advertises! Obviously it is normal for promotions to end at businesses, but the business should do their due diligence and remove ”old” advertisements and offers. There is a better way to treat the people who fought/fight for our country! #istandwithshaun #boycottclubcarwash
