ABSOLUTELY USELESS!My order has been sitting at their terminal for a week waiting for an appointment. No one has called. You can't call the terminal directly. When you call customer service, Bevis, or maybe it's Butthead, tells me I'll have to call back because no one at the terminal is picking up.

I worked here in 2018. Long hours and terrible equipment, no direct deposit for your checks. My truck went 58mph loaded down headed to KC every night, made it real hard not to fall asleep. Clouds could move faster than me. And Jimmy in KC was very rude and unprofessional. Things may have changed for this company but at least when i worked there in 2018 it was not very good. Night shift line haul should only be drop and hook in my opinion, not unload, reload 30 trailers in KC and then unload and reload in Springdale. The handhelds were junk and its how you got paid, if something messed up you would be on hold for 2-3 hours and not get paid for that time waiting. Maybe things have changed for this company by now, this was just my Experience.

Customer service is terrible. I have been trying to get my merchandise picked up and drivers wont call you and they don’t go out of their way to call or even look for what they’re supposed to pick up. Wouldn’t recommend them at all!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure to speak with. They are rude and will refuse to give info about your shipments and will then refuse to let you speak with a supervisor. They are notorious for lying about orders. I highly recommend using another carrier. Yes they are cheap, but not worth the hassle and continuous unresolved problems
