This was my first time to buy flooring. Chris Nicholson made it easy. He asked questions, measured our kitchen and walked us through our options. When we were done, I was relieved and I now feel as if the rest of the house will be easy.

Chris has a whole crew and Carpet One did an amazing job at my house. They were fast and did a beautiful job on insulation. It took very little time and now I have beautiful carpet!

Rob at Carpet One has been amazing!! We were moving in from out of state and he helped us over every hurdle and last minute change that was thrown our way. We were able to move in with new flooring in place! We will absolutely be using Carpet One for all our flooring needs.

We only had a closet to re-carpet and we were given the same quality service as someone with a large project. Chris was extremely helpful in choosing what we needed. Will definitely come back next time we need flooring.

We are finishing building our home in Gravette. From the moment we walked into the store in Springdale, the Store Manager (Chris Nicholson) greeted us at the front door and walked us through every flooring option they had. Chris continued to work with us for the next 6 months, answering every question we had along the way in a timely and professional manner. He was by far the most pleasant and easy sub to deal with in this entire process. We appreciate the dedication and customer service that Chris provided. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable with flooring and customer centered. If I had to build another house, there are a lot of decisions I would change, however, choosing Chris and the Carpet One staff in Springdale would be a decision I would make every time! Thank you Chris for the outstanding customer service and support!

Carpet One has been fantastic. We bought an older home last year and immediately began renovations. Rick Gann at Carpet One has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what could work in our home. We are thrilled with the outcome of our floors and would definitely use these guys again and again. Highly recommended!

Great experience from consultation to installation! Rick made the carpet selection easy with samples that targeted what I was looking for and kept me informed on the status of my order. And, Jose did an excellent job on the install. I definitely recommend Carpet One!

Had raw sewage destroy a laminated floor. After the mitigation co removed the damaged flooring, Rob Wilkins in sales, and the installers at Carpet One in Springdale Arkansas did an amazing job getting new flooring installed, they also went the extra mile in getting the baseboards replaced, the new floors and trim look great, wouldn't hire anyone else for future flooring needs. Many Thanks to Rob & the Carpet One team!

We bought a new home in Springdale and did new flooring throughout, carpet and plank vinyl, October of 2020. After a really great first impression, easy shopping experience, and competitive quote things continued to deteriorate as the project moved on.- When the install crew arrived, they didn't have the right underlayer for the carpet. Turns out, after offering me a discount on an upgraded version, they neglected to actually include it. I happened to notice there was only a single type of underlayment on the truck. What they did end up sending doesn't feel anything like what was in the store.- There's an obvious disconnect between the sales team and the project team, as the prior issue and ongoing questions demonstrated. I had to call the corporate office in Bentonville to get responses and finally just avoided the sales team, going instead to the project team to get things resolved.- I really don't think the stairs were done correctly, or at least not like they were before. as they appear lose on the sides and on the corners. The carpet before had tack strips on all sides and on the front face of each stair - I know because I took them off - and they definitely didn't replace that. Not a carpet guy so maybe that's normal, but if they did it 25 years ago what's changed and why?- Project team was really nice, worked really hard, but had zero actual protective gear. Loud machines, dust everywhere, and the guys didn't have hard hats, proper breathing protection, or hearing protection. It's contract labor so that's really on them.- Results were initially impressive but over time we're seeing several issues:> Lots of gaps I the vinyl planks, able to stick a fingernail in there and it feels like it could have been done better.> We have also found lots of debris from the tile removal in places that should have been cleaned out - behind the dishwasher that had to be removed anyway, inside the water heater closet, etc.> A lot paint scratches and damage on our fresh paint job. There's always a bit of that of course, around the baseboards, etc, but not halfway up walls and in big swaths.> Transition pieces that absolutely do not match the flooring. The first pieces they used were just random off the truck and we left them taped for a week while we moved in. They came back out to replace and the new ones are at least brown, but obviously darker and not a match. The sales guy even said "there shouldn't even be a transition with that kind of flooring" yet here we are, with transition that doesn't match.- No one has ever called to do a post-install inspection of the property, either after the initial completion or following the final cleanup efforts. Maybe an oversight of some kind, maybe consistent practice, but following all of our calls I would have absolutely sent someone over to inspect the contractor's work and get feedback.Overall, I will not go back to this location or business for any flooring needs except to service the warranty, if needed. I finally quit trying because the sales guy obviously didn't care once the deal was done and we just had to move out of the rental and into the house. Recommend you go elsewhere for your flooring needs.A couple of final notes:> warranties sound great but require professional cleaning every 12-18 months, with receipts, to verify claims. Fine, but tell people up front.> GIVE YOURSELF ROOM TO REPLACE THE CARPET. They have what sounds like a great promise - you don't like the carpet, for any reason, and we'll replace it free of charge with another color. This sounds amazing, but we were really surprised by how different the carpet felt once installed and then completely out of time to actually call them on the claim. We had to move in, and they count on you not being willing to disrupt your life or incur the potential cost of moving your stuff out for a replacement job, which likely wouldn't get much priority on their radar either. Will add photos l
