My husband purchased a car here almost two years ago and we have had an extremely good experience. So, when it was time for my daughter to get a car we came directly here and once again had a great experience. They stayed late for us as she was having a hard time finding affordable insurance. My miata i had with car mart was totalled out, i was nervous about how i was going to get a new vehicle when this location hooked me up! I picked up a good condition 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0 Turbo. I love the vehicle but when i left with it, i noticed the brakes were spongy and juddering. I contacted Car Mart West about the issue and they told me to bring it next day for a repair. The following morning, an hour and a half later. New front rotars and pads all around no hassle whatsoever. I highly recommend this Car Mart location, they will always have your back

Car Mart in my opinion is the best car place to get your credit started and kudos to Bobby Jo she is a wonderful sales lady and the whole crew over there in Springdale West, I know they worked with me and never gave up on me, I will always be grateful to them and their friendly staff

aren’t the protocols that you’re not supposed to call back to back? or that you’re not supposed to call jobs back to back to try and get ahold of a customer?
gina needs to quit calling ME, she called me like three times within a span of 15 MINUTES and i’m over it. the rules need to be reiterated because apparently your employees don’t know how to do their job properly.

I absolutely love this Carmart. We have purchased for vehicles from here, three of which we’ve paid off. They’ve always been there to help us when we needed a car and worked with us on any repairs needed within warranty. I have a very friendly staff and always welcoming.

If I could give a negative number I would, be careful when you get a vehicle here, the sales rep is awesome but the cars are no good, and when it comes to communication with the service department is sucks, be prepared to have vehicles that don’t work and if you pay out of pocket then they will not refund your money.

Great place to buy a car. I've had 3 great cars from car-mart. The last one I had came to an unfortunate demise when a tree fell on it during our recent tornadic storms. I had purchased the accident protection plan and it was truly a hassle free experience. They had me in a new car and out the door in less than an hour and a half!!! Can't say thank you enough to the entire team. When I'm ready to buy again, this is the ONLY place I'll go. Thank you!
