Despite liking the staff, I have to say my experience with Volvo Rents was very poor. I listened to their recommendation on which equipment to use for my job. After nearly ruining my floors due to their misguided direction, they continued to tack on fees and did little to help rectify the mistake they made. The job ended up costing me more than 3x what it should have. If they had simply taken the time to properly advise me, I could have avoided a lot of cost and wasted time. They were more concerned about the money they got out of me than they were about ensuring I was properly equipped.
