had an issue with my account called the bank and got ahold of Ms.Shelby. Not only was she super helpful she went above and beyond her service, even reached out to me the next morning and told me everything was fixed and situated. Bank OZK give Ms.Shelby a raise or a promotion!

If your looking for a great friendly place to bank at here you go. They offer free checking with free checks. They have a drive -thru if your not into going inside.

Im not even a customer of theirs but if i wasnt so loyal to my bank i would us them in a heart beat. Why u ask. Because they give back to their community. My sons school asked for donations like pens and stickers for OCC and the gladly helped! They donated over 160 items!!! Thank you all for ur help.

Always friendly and willing to walk an extra mile for a customer if required. Of course, no one is perfect, but the people who work there always try to do their best to help or redress mistakes.
