Had a bad experience at other branch of Bank of America in Bentonville , but here is wonderful, all the staff is very friendly nice and helpful, specially leilany she is awesome and very professional.

Very disappointed this bank almost wouldn’t change $20 bill for $1 bills so I could tip hotel staff. How else can tourists get money for tipping if the banks won’t do it.
