I had went in to talk with someone about the process of applying for a credit card and Chris helped me. We went into his office and he started taking down my information. Before I knew it, he tells me Monday he should have the application back and we can talk about it then. I didn't know at the time that he was applying me for a credit card, I thought he was just collecting some information from me. I had just waited until Monday for a call during my lunch but didn't get one, I had to call him through the bank. It sounded like he forgot about me when he picked up. He looked me up and it turns out I was denied. I was thinking since I bank through them for years, it would be easy and simple to start a small credit card (or even just talk about it!). I've never had a credit card before. I asked what would be the best thing to do now and all he said was to build credit, that's about it.While I could have asked questions in his office about the process, I thought that I had to do what he wanted me to do first to talk about it. Now, I have a denied credit application against my credit score. After this, I spoke with somes friends about this and the first thing they said was: "Oh yeah, Arvest is very hard to get a credit card from"Overall, I feel hoodwinked and disappointed by this experience with Arvest and Chris. I wouldn't use Arvest for any credit loans/services, I recieved literally no information on credit cards or the services they provide.

I went to go get my new debit card, and one of your employees Ximena attend me . didn’t realize the card machine had issues and had my waiting about 25 minutes and wasted my time as a professional representative she should have told me what was going on and not left me there hanging.

Shoutout to all employees over there but Chris Timos went above and beyond! He helped me get my account in order and made sure my money was there on time but it came earlier than expected! Definitely recommend someone like him to help you out if you plan on having Arvest as your bank for sure!??

Never had any problems till I come to this specific bank. This location needs to be terminated there is no customer service and it like they want to make it impossible to get your own money. Only have this problem with this location. I only come to it cause it's close to my work but now I'll make the drive to another location this place is horrible

I have had nothing but problems with this bank I'm fixing to draw all my funds out of arvest bank and go to a new place. I had a check from the state to my brother who is in jail and he uas signed it for me to deposit in my account so he can have funds in there. The teller to me to sign it and she would deposit it and I would have the funds in 24 hours. Then she tells me she can't deposit it now. IF YOU WASN'T GOONG TO DEPOSIT IT, WHY DO I NEED TO INDORSE IT? Now I have a check for my brother that is in jail that I can't get him money. I hate to put negative reviews but this is ridiculous and very very important for him. I have had nothing but problems with this place....

I'm an Arvest customer for over 20 years. Recently moved to near this location. Pretty terrible customer service. Dropped in to simply add my wife on to a safe deposit box and no one was available to help. Finally asked the assistant manager and he suggested I make an appointment for later. One would think he would have offered to take care of it himself. Avoid this branch if you can.

I decided to stop in and ask questions about opening a checking account, young lady said I needed a social security card along with drivers license which I had but not social security card. I spoke with someone at another arrest bank and was told I didn't need social security card. I will not be visiting that bank again.

Terrible branch to get a commercial loan from. Their commercial loan officer doesn’t call back and couldn't care less about customer service. Very disappointing experience.
