Absolutely terrible customer service. You have employees doing nothing but only 2 tellers. Stood in line for 23 min and left. Your greeter didn't even try to help the tellers or anything . Just said no we don't hve anymore tellers today. Why can't the people sitting in these offices doing nothing come out and help the tellers. Worse branch I've ever been too in Ar or in OK. Unreal

I have to drop off deposits weekly and there are more times than not that the coin counter is down, so they will not accept my deposit. They tell me to go to another branch. This branch is the closest and most convenient for me. It doesn’t make sense to me that MY BANK won’t accept my money because they aren’t willing to count it. They’ve counted it before for me when the coin counter today, but I think today was too close to leaving time so the girl didn’t want to help. So frustrating.

I lost my debit card and went in on Feb, 28th and asked for a replacement. The girl was nice, however, she never told me there would be a fee of $7.50 to replace the card. I understand perfectly why the charge, but she should've at least mentioned it. What was worst is that they charged the fee to my checking account which overdrew my account and on top of that I had to pay a $17 fee. The new card ended up costing me $24.50. If I had known, I would have told them to take the fee out of my savings account instead, where I had enough funds to cover it.I went back on the 9th and 10th of March. I was asking for the amount that was due on my loan. The first day, one girl told me how much it was going to be. I went back the second day and another girl gave me a different number. After I had given her the money, she then came back and gave me a much higher number. Customer service and attention to detail are on the decline at this branch.

I have been trying to apply for a mortgage loan and arvest has completely ignored me. So I went online and applied and a mortgage officer in Tulsa (3 hours away) called me while I was at work and unable to talk and asked if he could call me back on my lunch break and he did not, and has since not returned my calls. I work in bentonville and specifically asked for a local loan officer and still was given someone out of state. I can't even call the bank because none of their phone members work. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I have been to this branch 2 times to cash my sons check from a company that I work for that he has been doing some work for. The company check is drawn on Arvest bank. My husband and I both have accounts at Arvest and have had for 25+ years. The checks were both under $75 and my son signed them then I signed them put my account number under my name and I still got hassled about cashing the check and told I would have to deposit them. Need less to say I was frustrated by this point. Then I was told that I had to write Minor by his name and they would cash the first one which was $61 dollars. The second time I did exactly what they told me the first time and then I got hassled about not having put Parent by my name for a check that was $ 45. It seems that there is no since of CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE. And I had more than enough to cover either check in my account. I was also asked if I wanted to cash the checks against my account which I did not understand since the checks were drawn on Arvest Bank in the first place. I don't know if it is training or ignorance but I have been thinking about taking my business elsewhere. There has to be a bank that still believes that the customer is the reason they have a job and not that we are just and inconvenience. Because that is exactly how they make you feel. Not happy at all with the treatment I received.

Just wanted to say I’m sad to hear that estella isn’t working there anymore but I was very content with a young lady named anallely I believe she was very helpful and great with her communication. She made my experience delightful and better than last time I had with another young lady who I can’t recall her name but barely knew what she was talking about. Encounters like these are why I’ve been banking with Arvest for years and still will remain a loyal customer.

This bank has a super in Mr. Jose Hernandez. He is a loan officer there. He is the consummate professional, but caring and kind. You are not just an application, but he keeps humanity in the process, which is so helpful during these stressful times. He is an asset to this bank. Thank you so much for your assistance Mr. Hernandez.

There last week I understand that with the situation the world is in things to take longer but this bank has always been very slow at the drive-through. I called in because the vehicle in front of me had sent the tuba five times it was a van they tried to say now they was just trying to verify the guys information because he was trying to catch cash or check. I complained. When it was my turn the teller was very rude at me and told me to keep my opinion to myself I will never go back to that branch again. One reason I’m not going be told what I can say. Another she was younger than me. I do believe we still have freedom of speech.

I wish you had been more understanding of why I didn’t take your phone calls about my first late payment with you in over 25 years because I was in ICU after open heart surgery. It’s not always necessary to go by rules. Just really disappointed but all the other years I had great service. Hope this isn’t signs of the future with you.
