Great service and install! Rep over the phone setting up the account was great and friendly and the install tech did a great job! I'd highly recommend setting up your satellite accounts through them. I had 2 directv installers come to my home prior to contacting Arkansas satellite and was told there was no way for me to get satellite due to tall trees and high roof, Arkansas Satellite installed without a problem.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, the lady that answered the phone was so rude. I wanted it but I just went thru someone else because of the horrible service. My best friend also waited for 7 days on his install and they told him 3 at the beginning. This place is ridiculous, I wouldn't refer it to a enemy!!
