I was in the attic and happened to notice a cracked pipe.We got it working with Jason’s help by giving us a free PVC elbow, even though I was ready to pay.We got it working but then realized this year that the brush was not working. Jason assisted my wife and took the time to educate us on proper use care and maintenance. We actually replaced the hose, brush and hardwood floor attachments yesterday and excitedly vacuumed our entire house last night.We have had two distinctly separate experiences a year apart and would highly recommend them.”
