You can’t find any other place that’ll help you get into a car, and when I say help I mean Really help. Also get you situated with the sales tax ! Y’all worried about credit don’t be, they got you. From the manager to the sales department they was nothing but hospitable!

I usually don't give more than 4 stars on reviews but since these guys went out of their way plus above what I was expecting, I wouldn't be doing them any justice if I gave them lower than a 5. Kanell started the process by returning my car and then Taz finished the deal by making sure I was able to get vehicle I wanted after Taz figuring out how to properly report my income.I've seen several car dealerships and salesmen fill you full of bs (babbled sentences) but these cats were on the level and didn't ever push me to buy. They were upfront about how the company works in addition to the options available. The best part is my sales tax and filing was done for me. Now all I have to do is wait for the DMV to call in order to get my actual tags plus registration. You would be a fool not to take advantage of this company's willingness to make it easier to purchase a vehicle, especially in choosing or requesting a specific model.

I have had this car for two years and never have had a great experience with their customer service call center. I am looking into breaking my lease the car has always had issues since I got it they turned my car off remotely and when I called they didn’t even know they did it and I went and bought a 100$ battery and a couple days later I was told they turned my car off and didn’t reimburse me for the money and even had someone from their store come look at my car and check the battery prior to me buying it. I was not communicated with I had the wrong coverage on my insurance I was never uninsured just not the correct amount of coverage they let it build up to 1000$ waiver fees and I went to get full coverage car insurance which I currently have and they refuse to drop the fees or even lower them even though I’m a loyal customer who’s never missed payments. They are impossible to get ahold of and their call center is a joke . I pay 500$ a month for a car that is no where near that quality to be paying that much for. I can’t wait to pay this vehicle off it’s been a disaster I am literally thinking about just breaking my lease to not have to deal with them anymore . I am so tired of this place.

This place is terrible. Added $1000 worth of waiver fees to my Gf’s car and won’t drop them We don’t even know what they’re for. She calls them to ask and they either hang up immediately or they keep her on hold for 20 minutes only to hang up right after. I HIGHLY recommend not buying from here. Car almost didn’t even start the other day. This place is on par with Car Mart. Laughable.

The worst place to buy a car, denis has been great, but my experience has been terrible only with the car 2 days and having transmission problems today marks my first 2 weeks with the car and the car was gone, not sure if it was stolen or the car lot took it, but since I can’t get ahold of them I guess I won’t know, called 5 times yesterday no answer. Don’t but from theses scammers it’s not worth it????????♀️

Dennis was very helpful and was actually there in every aspect. He wasn't just there to sale a car.. He took the time to get to know what i wanted and made sure that i got what i wanted. Also a huge shout out to mr. Taz. These guys care about their customers! Definitely recommend if you go to American care center of Springdale Arkansas that you request these guys. If I could give this place 1 star I would. They added $1000 waiver fees for no reason? Now they won't drop them. My car almost didn't start in the cold the other day. I call and ask them about waiver fees and I either get hung up on immediately or they keep me on hold for 20 minutes and then they finally hang up. This place is terrible. Avoid avoid avoid.

American Car Center is amazing. Long story short this is my second edit to this review. I had an issue with my vehicle and ACC kept there word, now I am finalizing the vehicle swap. This company deserves more than five stars. I highly recommend them. Thank you ACC and AF. You've got a customer for life.

I came into American Car Center not for sure I would leave with approval or a vehicle but I was approved and put in a 2014 Jeep Patriot that drives excellent. It was the best experience any one person could expect and more. Try them for yourself!!

I needed a car ,so I reach out to them. Tad and John F. help me out through the whole process. It was quick , comprehensive and complete . All the paperwork was explained to me and even with bad credit I got myself a good deal on 2018 car with payment under 500. Everything was done the same day!. Really guys check them out!
