Outside carriers need to be in the truck , the yard guys will come and get you , fast unloading as soon as you dock , they just have one ramp though but the unloading doesn’t take a lot of time

Ran into a mishap with communication issues on a vehicle for pickup. Management was super friendly and accommodating to the situation and even personally helped load the vehicle

I read the negative reviews before coming over here and found the place and its employees to be absolutely positive. They got me in, got me unloaded quickly, great experience!

Despite the other reviews, I had a very good experience getting brick from them for a very small job on my house. They looked up my house for the brick that had been used and helped match new brick as close as they could. They were very helpful without even asking.

Great customer service! Quick and easy. Real samples on site and various pictures to see what brick style looks like on house.

Mortar here is about twice the price so please shop around. Natalie in dispatch thinks its not a big deal to have a customer waiting around all day to then cancel a delivery because the driver had an emergency. I got charged for delivery and fuel and cant even get an update until i call them. 1 star

Terrible service!! I a live in NWA, but am building a house 6 miles of the Arkansas line, and the Springdale store will not deliver, but the Joplin store will - completely understandable, but it is easier for me to get to Springdale than it is to Joplin, so I called to ask if they had the same brick/ masonry selection as the Joplin location and the representative had me on speaker while her child was yelling in the background. This is a place of BUSINESS, one would expect professionalism. I kindly asked her to take me off of speaker so that I could hear her better and she falsely stated that I was not on speaker. She then answered my question by stating that she does not know if they have the same selection, so I asked if anyone else would know. She told me that no one would know, so I called the Joplin store and they said that they’re may be some different options but for the most part they would have the same selection since the locations are so close. Also, if customer service is truly important to you, then make the improvements to show it!I certainly expected more help and generosity!I would highly discourage anyone from going here, instead check out Red River Brick - Joe Wallace is amazing to work with!

Would give 0 if i could, absolutely outrageous. Came in to look for brick and well after standing around in the lobby for 45 minutes listening to the employees talking behind in the office and not coming out to help even though they can clearly see me through the glass door I decided to take my business elsewhere. Should’ve listened to what other people said and not ever wasted my time!

Terrible customer service and return policy. Also I’m a builder locally not like I’m just some one time customer. Ryder will do you better!

I've never tried so hard to give a company my money and never had a company try so hard to not take it. I spent a couple of months trying to get help to do a brick match on my existing home so that we could match anew addition to our home. Sent texts to the salesperson, got one reply and then radio silence. Went to the store and gave my phone/email a half dozen times and I always had to follow up after I heard nothing. Two months into this nightmare, my builder and I started getting vocal and talked to the manager. Only then, did I start to get responses and samples. Once I found the brick that was the closest, I had to call the brickyard to understand what to order. It was then that I found out the brick samples that they sent me were no longer available - even though I had just received the samples. The next month or so was ME looking through brick manufacturers websites to try and do my own match over the computer then going through the whole process again as ACME was the only dealer that could get the brick I wanted samples of. Once I finally found something that was close enough, Acme charged me a $75 delivery fee that they had previously offered to waive and then was over a week late in getting the brick to me. This was on top of a $650 freight charge to get the brick from manufacturer to the ACME yard. At this point, it wasn't worth the fight. The ONLY bright spot to the whole ordeal was that the last person that helped me DID answer my texts, calls and emails, so thank you Anna.Look, if you build 100 homes or more a year, I'm sure Acme is delightful to work with. To anyone else, look at the reviews - they speak for themselves. They are indicative of my exact experience and more than likely yours - should you choose to use them. Both my builder and our designer told me ahead of time that this would be my experience but I'm stubborn and my current house had acme brick and I thought I would go with them. There are other suppliers of brick in the area. Start at ANY of them first and save yourself a lot of headache. If my house hadn't previously had acme brick on it, I wouldn't have tried so hard to work with a company that obviously had very little interest in working with me.

I wanted to share my experience with this store on September 16, 2021. My wife and I are in the process of building a new retirement home. We currently live in Weatherford Texas. My wife and I visited an Acme Brick showroom in Euless Texas to get an idea of the available selections of brick and stone. We drove by houses to get an idea of the brick we were planning to select. Since our house project is in Siloam Springs, we had to purchase brick from this location. My builder contacted his sales representative Jeff Baldwin more than a week ahead of time to schedule an appointment for us to select and order brick. We showed up about 20 minutes early for our 10 am appointment. Finally, around 11:15 I learned Mr. Baldwin is not going to show for our appointment. I asked to speak with the manager. I explained we were from out of town and had scheduled this appointment. She said "sorry, there is nothing I can do". Really? There are no other people in this building that can help a customer? Look at the reviews below. They are all the same. The owner response is call me.... Again, no concern for customer. I agree with J Holland. Find another supplier. There are other suppliers who care about their customers and appreciate your business.

Once again terrible and hateful people. I'd go to Meridian Brick or Ryder Brick or Godfrey and black. All have better customer service and will care about your project.
