very rude and unprofessional, from the pharmacists to the techs. there is always an issue, every single time. i mean it’s gotten to the point my dr said i need to go somewhere else because they are notorious for being hateful, incompetent, and lack respect for people. as a social worker, it breaks my heart that these are the people who are supposed serve them.

i went in with my sister and the girl in the mask is the rudest person to customers she was being so rude to the women in front of us and we were having a conversation and she looks over side eyes and has to yell over us so she could be the loudest. we get to the checkout and she takes so long a line has formed and she starts being so rude to the manager to do something. customer service isn’t for everyone because it’s like that every time i go in she’s yelling at someone

Ms. Patty in the pharmacy rocks!! I am moving to another state and had questions about my medications/refills before I go so I will not run out before finding new Drs. She was so patient and kind! My insurance wouldn't cover it all so she went above and beyond to find a coupon that brought my meds from $400 to $21 so that I could afford it and not have that to worry about. Thank you so much!

Chick in pharmacy was rude as hell. Was very Prude, tried to refuse to fill my grandmothers medicine despite having an early fill note from her doctor.

This location is a hit and miss on if your going to get someone rude in the pharmacy. The pharmacists Steve is great, and a couple of the girls are super sweet. However I’ve gotten others that are often seem more inconvenienced than anything else. I decided to change pharmacies.

I’ve used this Walgreens for the past 4 years and after tonight I will no longer use them. Went to drop off an RX that is a controlled substance and was told they would not fill it because the provider did not put my physical address. I understand that this is a new rule and not made by them. However the way the pharmacist handled it was wrong. Telling me to “just go get another script” is not an option for me. I live in Westville Oklahoma and the script was written by someone in Fayetteville AR. I work full time and can’t just go get another one. Not to mention this script was written before this rule was made. By the end of it he finally offered to get verification via phone but it would have to wait until tomorrow and acted like it was a big inconvenience for him. This is not the first time he has refused to fill something for my family but it definitely will be the last. I will be switching pharmacy’s.

I went to walgreens today in hopeful to change pharmacies, the little girl that took down my husband's information was so, sweet and said that the switch should be made in a hour, which didn't happen, at 4:15 I called Walgreens and got a hold of the pharmacist to make sure that they got my husband second prescription, which he was mean and hateful to me, and he wanted to know the reason for changing pharmacies which is none of his business but, I was nice and told him the reason whyHe stated they only had a 30 count of one of my husband's prescription because the medicine was back ordered, I guess they don't have a secondary place they can call to get his medication like jepsonsdid. If you don't want my business I will be be happy to go somewhere else bit don't treat me badly or mean .

If I could give 0 or even negative stars I would. My mother-in-law called her prescription in to be refilled and it took a total of 2 days for them to fill it. We called 4 times and made 2 trips from Stilwell to pick it up. They continuously told us “they were very busy”. The first day they said it would be a couple of hours. Then was told the same day it would be done by 5pm. The next morning we called to see if it was ready, they said “No, we have been very busy. It will be done in a couple of hours.” Low and behold it wasn’t ready and again was told they were busy…………… I have worked at a pharmacy for 30+ years. I don’t care how busy a pharmacy is; it DOES NOT take TWO DAYS to fill a maintenance drug that already had refills. I don’t appreciate being lied to and don’t appreciate the fact my Mother-in-law had to go without her medication because they aren’t doing their job efficiently.

My husband and I were waiting in the drive-thru line for the pharmacy for almost 20 minutes. As soon as we pulled up to the window someone slapped up a sign saying they were closing for lunch for the next hour. They completely ignored us and closed the pharmacy while we sat there at the window. Extremely rude and unprofessional!!! There were three of us still in line and we wound up having to just drive away without our medicine. Walgreens needs to do better with their communication on closing for lunch. You don't just close in someone's face.

First and foremost I would suggest this place on the fact they Cary the Moderna vaccine.. the Moderna is the best in review and although they are a little backed up at times they show the best attention to the customers.. thanks for the positive experience.
