The guy at the counter was very helpful, but it’s better to buy a phone directly from the manufacturer rather than Verizon, since Verizon doesn’t use the factory firmware and their version can lock you out of certain features.

We came into Verizon today to transfer another phone number to our line. We were helped by a representative named Kevin. He had excellent customer service skills.
My only complaint today has nothing to do with Verizon but how long it took to gather information from the other carrier.

My wife and I upgraded both of our phones and was helped Yancey in Siloam Springs. He was very professional and knew his business. We have always received great service from our local store and Verizon in general. Shout out to Rick Dimmitt also who has helped us in the past.
