Well, they're definitely a dealership with salesman tactics. If you're going to try to buy here, and really any dealer, brush up and do some research on the types of sales tactics salesmen do to squeeze every dollar out of you. They're not your friends, and their job is to get as much money from you as they can. And don't think their discounts they have going as of August 2024 are exclusive to them. They're not doing you a favor.. every other dealer in the area has the same discounts (if not a little better) going.
As for issues specific to this dealer - fairly slow response while trying to barter and a little rude in the conversation sometimes. Communication was lacking pretty severely and often didn't make sense. Sales manager didn't take my call, or follow up on my call. I will note that my communication with them has been through call or text as I knew going to the dealer to barter would be a waste of time. I don't have hours to spend with them going back and forth trying to work up a bad deal.
I'll give them 2 stars because their service department has been great to work with, but because of the sales experience I'm not sure I would like to continue to bring my business to them.

Needed a part for my truck. Called they had the part. I told them I would come get it. They pulled the part and had it ready to go when I arrived. They confirmed the part, and then I paid and got my truck back on the road. Joe was a great help.

I loved the car dealer guys who was so kind to help my family's out with a good deal like Justin Manning
Salesperson and a representative he was so friendly to us the hole time we were there thank you so much for helping us out we appreciate it so much now my mother will be satisfied with her new car she purchased here today
we went back just yesterday to purchased an other vehicle from the same person we have dealt with before and he helpt my beautiful parents get the car of there dreams once again hes been so helpful to us and I felt safe and I knew what he was doing so thank you again justin Manning for the help you have offerd us time after time we appreciate you so much and we love you all so much

Great selection of trucks. However, salesman like Tommy will keep customers away. Does not confront you eye to eye. Doesn't listen to what your needs are and tries to make you feel low class. As soon as I told him I was going to purchase a truck cash outright, his demeanor completely changed. Gave me the "oh really" , as if he all of a sudden he gave a care. I'd recommend looking for a salesman that doesn't try to belittle you.

Dalton was amazing to work with! I bought a used truck and drove down from Iowa to pick it up. I had never heard of this dealership and I had no idea what to expect. The truck was exactly what he said it was, and more! On top of that, I had a small issue with the vehicle on the drive home and Dalton took care of without hesitation. That’s service!! What other dealerships would do that?? I would recommend this dealership and Dalton to anyone buying a new or used vehicle. Thank you for all your help!

I had some error codes come up on my '23 ZL1 and it ended up being one of the catalytic converters was bad and they got me completely taken care of in about 24hrs total and shuttled me from the dealership and picked me up the next day when my car was ready. One of the most painless service experiences I've ever had at a dealership.

My niece wanted to buy 8 cars as gifts for family she picked all 8 did bank transfers and provided proof of money they gave all of us the keys to the cars took our pictures got the sale gave us all receipts of bill of sales so we could drive off in them put the temp tags on them and then said we would have to come back to get them 4 days later no cars and they sent her money back to her bank and told us now we have to finance instead of cash and then told us we’re approved thru finance but switching what cars we could get then told us we could have none it was like a bait and switch thing. We only wound up with on vehicle and the rest was just nope and hers your money back
