The owner damaged my grandmother's furniture in a move then told her he would pay for the repairs. She only got it repaired because he told her he would recoup the cost. She has been calling him since April trying to get payment and he continues to acknowledge he owes her money but will not pay it. He is literally stealing from my grandmother, do not hire this company

We used Reed's Moving on 2 occasions. They were courteous, on time, and very careful to not scratch furniture or walls. Be aware that they have a 3 hour minimum charge per trip.

Reed's Moving moved my mother's household item on 3 occasions. They were responsive to my calls, prompt arrival, and professional movers. I especially enjoyed working with David because of his polite mannerism and mentoring approach. We will definitely use them again. Thank you

Had a reefer delivered that I bought in Rogers, despite 21st century technology such as GPS on smart phones they can’t provide a ETA or process a card either via phone or reader. Vague price structure. Told me $75 to $150 considering difficulties. Clear path down drive way, front door 36” wide cleared path- simple. When I called about a ETA for second time I told the guy I had $110 cash on hand, they show FOUR hours later and guy says the boss told him it was going to be $110, no sunshine I have $110 I’m paying $75. Kid was good but the old guy just hem haul and sighed and couldn’t make change for four twenties so I winded up giving a $5 tip! I’m going to recommend that the store I bought from not use this out fight. I’m a truck driver and if I miss my appointment window I’m SOL. You don’t tell me you’ll pick up my product at 1000 and show six hours later, I realize there are other stops I also realize they can plot route and estimate at least 30 minutes at each stop and provide a ETA!

I highly recommend Reed's Moving Service! They came to the rescue for us when we had another mover cancel on us last-minute. Obviously upset & shaken, as I was working to get my 92 year-old mother with dementia moved back home, I called & spoke with Mr. Reed. I had figured that they likely would not be able to help us out last-minute like this, but he was highly compassionate & indicated that he would check with his workers & get back to me, which he did. They were able to work us in! The men came quickly, were courteous & highly efficient, loaded everything up & unloaded at two locations (home & a storage locker). The cost was reasonable, especially given that we were a work-in for them. I really cannot recommend Reed's highly enough; they truly saved the day yesterday for my mother & me!

I had Reed's move my piano and huge refrigerator. They were punctual, even a bit early, and carefully moved my items in spite of a lot of difficulties. The guys were nice, friendly, and competent. I definitely recommend them.

BEWARE: I used David to move my household goods across the country. He told me he has been moving people since 1987. He gave me a good price and we agreed. He told me it would take 3 days to pack up my household. We had most of it already packed. First day he showed up with 2 of his guys and a horse trailer. His guys started packing up my house and David left and was gone for most of the day. While he was gone we called David, his worker was talking to him on my cell phone (his worker didn't have his own phone to contact him). His worker was holding my phone upside down trying to talk to him. Second day, they show up again with the horse trailer and loaded up my storage room, then came to my house and loaded my garage. They loaded up the boxes that I packed and just put the rest of my goods unpacked in the trailer. On the delivery date he showed up in a rented box truck with my goods, with just him and one helper. I expected a crew of 3 or 4. Now, my wife, father in law, and I am helping him unload my own goods, to try and make this delivery go a little faster. He then proceeds to try to hire some construction workers who are building a house next door to help unload my furniture and household goods. The construction workers next door agreed to help for a price and he hires them to unload my goods. Finally after everything is unloaded, I'm inspecting my goods, there was damage to a lot of my furniture. He offered to install my washer and dryer, by that time I already had it installed. He then proceeded to tell me that because he liked me, and I'm a retired veteran, he gave me a great deal. For someone who says he has been in the moving business for 30 plus years, he was very unprofessional, disorganized, and unprepared. He and his companion managed to get their moving truck stuck in my front yard. He also kept asking me if he could have some of my belongings. He damaged antique furniture, and damaged the entry way to my front door (and tried to blame it on wet paint.... the door and entry had been done for weeks prior to delivery.

WARNING CONSUMERS BEWARE / UNETHICAL The owner David Reed does all scheduling. When we initially spoke with him he quoted us a flat rate of $90 per hour. We scheduled our move weeks in advance on a weekday for 4:30pm. The day before our move we hadn't heard from David so contacted him. He stated he had forgotten about our move and didn't think he could do it now. We were shocked! He said his guys had been working all week and too tired move us but would call us back. He then called back and stated he could do it later that weekend. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, we scheduled for that following weekend. However it snowed. We called David and all agreed to reschedule for that following Wednesday. The day of our next attempt to move we hadn't heard from David so again had to call him. He immediately started to apologize and stayed he had completely forgot AGAIN about our move. Needless to say WE WERE NOT happy but in a bind because we needed to be out of our unit. We had arranged our work schedule and childs school around this move and he was a no-show. David promised to have his movers at our unit the next day at 4:30pm. The next day came and NO MOVERS. We called David multiple times and only got voicemail. We called David from another phone number and answered saying his guys were on there way. He called his guys and put me on 3 way to give them directions. While explaining the directions, David SCREAMS OUT to his guy to "SHUT UP" and listen. I was appauld at how he spoke to his worker. They finally showed up at 5:30pm an hour late. They had NO dollies and started carrying individual boxes one by one. They lifted the washer/dryer by hand. The were not provided the proper equipment and this resulted in the move taking longer than it ever should have. Finally got to the new house and unloaded. David called and spoke with us on phone to settle the bill. Then he proceeded to tell us he had to charge for a minimum of 3 hours, fuel, and delivery after work hours. NONE OF THIS WAS EVER DISCUSSED WITH US UPFRONT AND NEVER INFORMED OF THE ADDITION CHARGES. So the owner not only dropped the ball once but twice and forgot our scheduled moves, showed an hour late on day of move with NO dollies AND then attempts to price gouge us for gas and after hours delivery???? We let him know we were not paying a penny more than agreed on. Incompetent and UNETHICAL!!! Workers were nice and did the best they could. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER.

Awesome is the word I would use! Scheduled me in quickly, they showed up on time, my furniture I had them deliver got here without a scratch, very professional! Nice attitudes, dependable, quick and efficient, and very reasonable priced. I would definitely recommend them if you need anything moved.
