“Outstanding Customer Service That Went Above and Beyond
We've had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Sam’s Furniture, but one particular incident truly highlighted their exceptional customer service. We had recently purchased a bedroom set for our spare room, and while installing a rug, we had to temporarily disassemble the bed. We leaned the headboard against the wall, but unfortunately, it fell—landing on my wife's foot and breaking it in three places. The impact also damaged the headboard itself.
After my wife was released from the hospital, we reached out to the Sam’s location in Siloam Springs to see if we could purchase a replacement headboard. The manager was incredibly understanding and said he’d look into what could be done.
Just a couple of days later, we received a call letting us know they would not only deliver a new headboard but also take the broken one—and here’s the amazing part: they did it all at no charge, including the replacement headboard!
Mason and Grayson, the two gentlemen who came out, were professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job reassembling the bed. Their kindness and attention to detail were truly appreciated.
In a time when many companies are focused solely on the bottom line, it’s refreshing to see one that genuinely puts its customers first and lives up to the Christian values it promotes. We’re grateful for their compassion and commitment to service.”
