BUYER BEWARE... they lied to us about multiple things- we use Zelle to pay bills and rent out of town while hubby travels for work. They limit you to $100 the first 30 days then if you use it to $500 eventually. Bill pay takes DAYS to transfer once they pull the funds. They do have many limits- closing this account first thing tomorrow morning! Don't waste your time!!

Would not stop asking my son , who is autistic if he wanted to open an account while shopping in Walmart. He actually had to leave the store because this lady would not leave him alone. Please, when someone doesn't want to open account, just accept it and stop harassing people!

I have no complaints. They set us up for zero overdraft so we don't get any over draft fees and won't allow money to be spent that we don't have. We also get our account for free as long as we use the card a certain amount of times each month (it's a low amount). Their banking app makes it's easy to manage your account which is a huge plus in my book. This bank offers so much. They can help with any loans and a variety of other things. I also like that the bank is inside of Walmart so I can handle any banking or shopping I need done while I'm there. I'm happy I chose them as my bank. I don't know why others are having such a bad experience with them.

We opened an account at this branch in January of 2022 and so far we are not impressed with their service. The biggest complaint however is that they do not double check what they are doing to ensure their customer's privacy, we went in to buy checks (they are not complimentary like every other bank, next!) and they gave us someone else's checks with all of their information on them. Name, address, account number and routing number. If they had given them to someone that is a dishonest person they could have done bad things with them or even went to their house. Now we don't feel safe having money in their bank, if they are making mistakes giving out other people's checks they can easily give our checks to someone else. Hopefully they do something do ensure things like this don't happen again. And we are even considering closing the account and banking elsewhere.

Absolutely horrific experience with them. They’ve been taking fees out without my consent. Cannot get ahold of anyone, every time I try and call it just drops my call. No working numbers. Absolutely will be requesting an investigation due to their predatory practices. If you’re considering banking with them, run run far far away

I am sick of being ambushed and stalked by these people at Walmart. For this I will never do business with them. When I shop it is for things I need, to be bothered and interrupted continually has got to stop!

Deceptive Practices Act... What this bank needs to learn. They essentially forced me to open an account. My ex husband received our stimulus check. We both had to present to cash it. This bank had been very aggressively trying to get me to open an account and I continually refused. I don't like to be bullied. But they have a sign that says they can stimulus checks for free... Does not say anything about an account. So, they tell me and my ex to sign the check and we did. Only THEN did they tell us that we had to have an account to cash it. Our stimulus was almost $10k so I had two options... Open the account or let him walk away with the entire check which I already signed! They said it was a completely free account with no hidden fees. I figure I'll just close the account the next day anyway. Then they proceed to tell me that there is actually an outrageous monthly fee of $12 plus they wouldn't even cash the check! They would deposit it but would only give $4000 cash. But we could get a cashier's check for the rest, or two actually! They never mentioned the $5 fee per check until I called them out on the cash being short. Then they tell me there is a fee of $35 to close the account. They charge 50 cents to inquire about your account. They charge $34 for an nsf fee whether you agreed to it or not and then charge another $34 every seventh day that it's still negative even if it was a calculating error on their part!

0 STARS Literally the worst bank ever. BIG SCAM. I had over $100 in my savings account and received a NSF charge of $34 bc I didn’t have the money in my spending account. I called customer service and they said they weren’t allowed to switch the money from my savings account to my checking account without my permission so that is why I received the NONREFUNDABLE NSF CHARGE. so tell me why they had they right to to switch money from my savings account to my checking account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION to pay off said NSF charge??? Seems like they are literally only trying to help themselves and make their customers broke. I was using the last money I had to pay rent bc I’m sick and they prevented me from doing that. How fair is that??? You can’t tell someone you can’t switch money from their savinGs account to checking account without their permission to prevent a NSF charge but then turn around and make the switch to pay off a NSF charge WITHOUT PERMISSION. IT DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY. DONT BANK HERE. DONT BANK HERE. DONT BANK HERE. DONT BANK HERE. DONT BANK HERE. DONT BANK HERE. DONT BANK HERE.

Deceptive as hell. False advertising. When they coerce you into opening an account, they tell you the signatures on the little pad is for verification later on. They lie and tell you the account is free when in fact they have the highest monthly service charge of any bank I've seen around here, $12. They also don't tell you that it's a $25 few to close the account. Their fees are outrageous in fact but they won't tell you until it's too late.
