I have used them for years but this time I was not happy with their work or response. I got new tires and needed an alignment and a new tie rod on one side. After 3 short trips around town the wheel they replaced the tie rod on was pointing out to the right, the other was straight, and the steering wheel was turned left. After Working on it for an hour and a half they told me it just needed to be readjusted. So I wasted my time and money having to have them redo their work and tell me this isn’t unusual to have to redo alignments and that it takes 1.5 hours to do. They did fix the issue, but I felt they should have paid me for my time or perhaps refunded me the labor charge since they obviously didn’t do something right the 1st time.

Had a alinemet, drove off it drove strait but, steering wheel wasn't straight, went back they had it in and out, good as new.... thanks guys and girl!!

Had a flat tire on the way to work today, took it off the car and took it to Benton County Tire, rolled it in the door and then went inside to tell them that I needed a patch put on it and before I could talk to him about it tire was patched and loaded up in my truck. I paid for it and thanked them and was on my way in about 10 minutes.

Came in with a nail in my tire during lunch hour and the manger/boss possible/likely owner started to actually change it rather than having me wait until a mechanic came back from lunch. One worker came back early from lunch as the boss started to work on it and he had the mechanic punch back in early on the clock so he could get out to the office showroom floor; instead of being out under a canopy on the far end of the building. Reasonably priced.
