Poor customer service. Management gotta teach their employees how to talk to customers politely. The lady who was helping us was so hostile and judged us really badly.

Was not told apon opening of new account they will totally hold a check 10 days was given the impression that when it clears it will go into the account. That is not true they hold it 10 full daysFederal trades getting a complaint about that.

Pretty good overall. Just wish they were a bit more friendly towards customers. After all, customers are the base of a banking firm.
