Absolutely Dismal service. Been waiting in line for 30+ minutes and the staff isn’t even turning around and seeing cars in the drive through! Pressed the call button too.

Wow!! Walgreens knocked it out of the park! I went to Kroger to get my mom perspiration filled and well… hours to days!? Really!? I’ll see if someone else can get it done because she needs it now. So my next stop was Walgreens on hwy 107! In and out in 20 minutes! I will be back and I will be moving my medication there too!! Thank you all for the outstanding service!!! #walgreens

Systems are broken, my doctor faxed prescriptions here multiple times and they claim they didn’t get them and it is the doctor’s fault, but the doctor’s office says their side shows successful. They’ll interrupt you and then make you the bad guy if you lose your temper over it.

I have used this location for many years. Today was my last visit. I appreciate how coldly I was treated today needing a simple completion on my vax card while provided even the receipt from the last injection. It would have taken you 30seconds. I went home and completed the card myself...no thanks to you. Business deserves to reap the rewards of their mistreatment. So long.?

They flagged my prescription so I have to call before they will complete it. Almost 2 hours on hold now. Ridiculous.

Do not use their pharmacy! I understand being short staffed, but when you have surgery and drop off pain meds that they don’t bother telling you are out of stock until 7 hours later, there is no excuse!! Good customer service makes return clients.This is specifically the store on Kiehl and 107 in Sherwood.

Horrible! I had to switch to another pharmacy nearby. The service was terrible, and they refused to answer phones. They were always rude, and the service was so slow. There were always so many mixups, and they refused to do anything about it. They blamed it on COVID but these issues existed before. I’m convinced, that if they were in the hood, or if they were ethnic, they would be shut down by now. I have had no problems since leaving.

I have never in my entire life used a pharmacy that was not Walgreens. That will no longer be true. I am now transferring all RX to to CVS. I have had to wait of 45 min in the drive-through mutable times ( That was not a dealbreaker) I have been spoken to disrespectfully and lied to. I understand if there is stock issues, but tell me that. Don't tell me that I have to come back in 2 hours just to tell me oops. Then tell me to come back on Thursday. I do come back on Thursday and then it's still not in stock. Communicate and customer service goes a really long way. Lying to my face or telling what ever you think I want to hear is not the way.

This pharmacy is short handed. It takes a very long time to get prescriptions whether in the drive thru or go inside. Getting someone on the phone is nearly, totally impossible. I have been using them for almost 20 years, it just gets slower as time goes by. They need to hire more people and ones with a different attitude. I have worked with the public for years. It can be trying at times, but you still need to be professional.

I am a Prescriber and I was on hold for 49minutes before talking to a person when I finally did talk to person I asked not to put me on hold again and she did. not just a busy pharmacy but a terrible lazy pharmacy

I went to Walgreens store #4017 in Sherwood, AR to get my prescription thinking it was ready by the text I had received. When I arrived, I was told it was not ready and I would have to wait. I went to Walgreens store #4017 in Sherwood, AR to get my prescription thinking it was ready by the text I had received. When I arrived, I was told it was not ready and I would have to wait. I waited 30 mins and they were getting the wrong medications ready which I thought they were getting the 2 scripts my doctor had just called in. Then they say they had the 2 my doctor called in and it would be a few more minutes. When I went to the counter again, I was told that they didn't have the one for my eye that was swelled shut and that it would be 3 days but they had the other. I told them to ring me up so I could go. I asked the lady running the store what Walgreen store had the medicine in stock so I could go by and get it today. She told me I would have to call myself and she would not do it for me and told the lady running the cash register to ring me up and get him out of here. At the same time another customer who had been waiting for over an hour was told her prescriptions were not available at the store after waiting all that time and walked out the door fuming. That's whats wrong is the poor customer service and lack of care given. Now it gets better, so I called the other store which was close by Store #10352 which is located on MCCain Blvd in NLR, AR and was told the medication was in stock and I could come pick it up at 6pm. Well guess what the medication isn't in stock, when I just called they told me they didn't have it and it would be tomorrow before they could find out anything. I think I will be changing to CVS pharmacy from now on. This is ridiculous and is a continuing problem that I have encountered many times. #timeforachange
