“I came by today to buy cigarettes & saw the sign saying that you are going to start charging 4% for credit & debit card purchases. I usually spend about $300 to $400 or more a month at your store. I am not happy that I will be charged 4% for the convenience of using a card. if you choose to keep this fee in place I will be forced to go somewhere else to get my cigarettes. As will many others, this will lose you money in the long run.If it's that expensive for you to have a credit card machine then it's time you upgraded to a better & cheaper company than you currently have. This ridiculous policy will make u lose many customers. I use your store because it is less than a mile from my home, and your prices are great. Cigarettes are breaking the bank as it is, but it would cost me less to drive somewhere else to buy cigarettes than it would to be charged 4% on top of the cost of the cigarettes.Please take a long hard look at this policy & hopefully you come to your senses and choose to NOT charge me more than it already cost me.I am giving you a 5 star rating because your staff is amazing & your prices are good. But if you continue with this ridiculous policy I will be forced to lower the rating.”
