She stepped in took my item to e shipped, wrapped it and then Chrystal scanned my label and printed out my receipt and I was told my package would go out on ground next pickup. Took the remainder to Heights location and the worker refused to hand stamp them. Brought them here (Hillcrest) yesterday, and the woman working was very kind and understood how important it was and had no problem hand stamping them. Appreciated her service!”

He goes the extra mile and even called drivers the day of pick up and drop off to confirm the shipment was on time. I am a small business with infrequent shipments, but Priority 1 made me feel like a big time player with the attention they gave me. “UPS this customer service center isn't bad. It's more or less the location. Which I do understand being by the airport. You can quickly send and receive packages, overnight them but for me it's the location. My experience at the UPS Customer Center, the gentleman that I worked with was very friendly, fast, and efficient. Got my package and I left. Didn't have any issues. I've been here a few times and it's never a problem. Things like when your package gets rerouted or a missed delivery and has to come to this location. It's usually a rule or a request on the sender end that makes it a little difficult. Like I had a package and because the sender did not allow for the destination to be changed, I had to come here to pick up the package. That's not UPS fault, that's the request of the sender.”

“Dylan at FedEx, you are awesome. This guy deserves to be management. I was on a tight deadline yesterday, and had difficulties at other fedex stores and print shops. All the staff at those other stores were aloof and not concerned at all.I came to the downtown fedex already feeling defeated. But Dylan sensed our urgency and did his best to accommodate us. He was matter-of-fact and knew what he was doing. Also so kind and energetic. He couldn’t do everything we were asking for, but he was genuinely doing as much as he could. He promptly addressed other customers as he helped us, and his interactions with his coworkers were so positive as well. If I could steal Dylan from fedex I would hire him immediately ?. Give that man a promotion!”
