“I was visiting from out of town and given a gift that required me to check my bag to get it home. Instead, I visited this FedEx location to ship my items home. I was greeted by a kind woman who helped me efficiently package my items, and in the most cost effective way. During my visit to Little Rock, I lost my voice, so communicating was comical, but she was so patient and helpful. My items arrived today, right on time. Upon opening the box, I found she reinforced the packaging to ensure they were protected and found this note on top. It’s sad we live in a world that extra care like this feels so over the top and unexpected, nonetheless, I highly recommend this FedEx. Maybe you’ll encounter the angel I did!”

“I give the distribution center 5 stars! The UPS delivery drivers on the other hand, are LAZY !! I was very specific on delivery instructions but because it’s cold, they don’t want to do their job! Amazon had NO PROBLEM getting out their truck to come and find my apartment number! The UPS driver literally comes in the gate, rides thru the complex, and leave out the other gate! Then want to put it as they couldn’t find the apartment when in reality, you didn’t even bother to look !!!! INSANITY”
