Extremely poor customer service via a phone call. A customer should never be told ‘I’m helping other people in the store’. At minimum this is a coaching opportunity for the employee. Since they were too busy for me, went to competitor that seemed pleased to provide a good experience.

I have been needing new tires for quite a while. I honestly don't think my truck has ever had new tires put on it. At about the same time, I was in need of an oil change. Normally, I do my own work on my vehicles, but I figured I could kill a couple of birds with one stone by letting Sherwood Tire Pros handle it for me.
Happy is a friend I have known for a long time, and I always recommend anyone in the area to stop by and see him and the rest of the guys at tire pros when they need new tires.
I got to the shop about an hour after they opened, and asked Happy for the best tires he could give me for my driving purposes. He recommended the top of the line tire for me.
They hooked me up with 4 new tires, an oil change, and an alignment.
They were fast and the the price was very reasonable.
I will continue to recommend anyone and everyone to the Sherwood Tire Pros when they are in need of a new set of tires.

Always excellent service from maintenance to the front desk. Super friendly and helpful. I bought my wheel and tires from them and get balance and rotations regularly. A+

I called ahead. i had a tire that needed repair and a guy named Happy said cars were taken on a first come first serve basis. I understood that and arrived and signed in and was told to take a seat. I sat there and watched three cars pull in, recieve service and I asked Happy about this. i was told there was no one who knew how to drive a standard available to pull my car around. REALLY? he was rude and I left. DONT RECOMMEND. OTHERS MAY NOT AGREE BUT IF YOU TELL SOMEONE ITS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE DONT LIE ABOUT IT! I’m currently sitting in a competitors tire shop who assured me they have people who can drive a standard and it will be first come first serve as promised ?. Horrible customer service

Call themselves tire pros can't fix a nail in my grandma's tire. I did take the vehicle there because I was sick never had a good experience here never been happy. 0/10

I got denied an alignment from here for my car being “too low” despite having 5.5in of clearance. They were condescending saying that they would know better because they “build race cars”. Coming from a car enthusiast this was the worst service I’ve ever received & if you have a low car it may be hit or miss. I went straight to Gwatney Chevrolet with no issues and got my car aligned within the hour.
