The slowest pumps I've encountered. 15+ min to get 3/4 tank. Replace the dead pumps and it would be a super convenient gas station.

The 24 once Coke Zero are on sale for $1.49 it still rungs up at $2.49 and when you let the cashier know that works around 8:00pm she refuses to adjust it. The store Manager remark one morning when I stopped in which I go to this store day and night since I live close her remark was and I quote " I haven't changed it because they won't be on sale long" Honestly I am close to contacting Shell headquarters over this franchise. It use to be a good store, not now.

After standing in the line of six people to buy a tobacco product the cashier wouldn't even look at my passport. Instead she said it won't scan because she could not scan it with her scanner. It's a passport. It took my birth certificate my driver's license and my social security card to get it and she wouldn't even look at it. Get customer service skills or find another job.

Stop there on the way home from buying our new gmc 2500 hd and used the car wash to rinse the dust off the truck from the car lot the wash dented the bed of our truck at the time we had been told that the manager was not available looked all around the wash for signs stating not responsible for damages which at this time none existed upon calling the next day they said that there where sighns should have taken pictures but the crooked owner refused to fix our truck do not recommend anyone to use this dump

I went into this shell gas station. To purchase $5 in gas. Some of you all may know how it is when you leave your purse at home and you have to use the change tray in your car for gas. I ask the cashier Ronnie if it would be ok to pay in quarters. Do y'all know he said No!..he told me he was filled up on them. I explained to him that I was out of gas, and I needed to get to work, he was sorry...No what can of establishment is the owner running, to allow his employees to treat customers like this, Ronnie needs to be re trained on his customer service. Better yet fired

Always closed for drug-dealin' after dark. Don't bother tryin to get gas or a soda. They will be closed at this “Open 24-hours†establishment.
