Horrible storage facility. Just as others have stated hot and humid, it’s currently 87 in their building as I am currently here. I’m starting to believe this truly is a scam. From what I gather from other reviews the air has ALWAYS been a problem. FIX IT or don’t charge for climate control. Seems like a nice civil suit to me anyone else want to get in?

I set up a move out date and when I used code it would not take my Access code then they charged me for this month I'm going to have call the Sherwood police department and file a police report because the person first of all was not from the United States and did understand me but now my stuff is getting taken for a mistake that representive did

RedDot Storage is a scam. From the beginning, they lied. Always changing hours that give you access to the storage facility. When it was supposed to have been 24 hours the whole time. They say they change them for security purposes. But they never have security. The place looks the same day or night (busted), so what is the next lie? They take your money making you believe you have 24hr access to the facility and then they change the hours but still expect that same amount of money that they were charging for 24 hours. It is not right and I will be moving my items out of here to somewhere else. ASAPScam, scam scam. Save your money. U-Haul is better than them and that says a lot…..

Absolutely terrible. Do NOT rent here. As others have stated, doors have been broken here for years with no one to replace them. They charge a price fitting of a climate controlled building, and yet it stays hot and humid. Just came to pull some things out of my unit after not needing to for months, only to find my lock was changed. Strange, I currently pay for the unit and have been for years. Had my friend give me a lift to see in from the top and sure enough, all my furniture and electronics were stolen. Nothing left besides old clothes and papers strewn out all over the floor from where people were digging for valuables. And to top it off, no visible security cameras in sight to see who could have even done it! Easily 10k in valuables stolen, and hundreds in rent wasted on an empty unit.This place is an absolute rip off, with no security and a run down facility.Can't wait to dispute this with management for them to surely find a way to blame me for their shortcomings. Again, do NOT use this place. And if you do, you should probably start looking elsewhere.

Not now,nor has it ever been,climate controlled.They need to STOP SAYING IT IS.Roof leaks.Full of black widow and brown recluse spiders. Had to spray constantly.Also had issues with roaches.I had stuff there before it changed hands and alot of our stuff got ruined by moisture and leaks.The 2nd door has been messed up for years.

Got a storage unit with them because it stated that it was temperature controlled. It was not. It’s extremely hot in there. Other reviews stated this weeks ago and I haven’t seen any attempt at this being worked on. One of their doors is broken to enter the building and that same automatic door doesn’t stop closing even if you’re standing in between it. It could crush someone’s hand or even a child! Extremely dangerous. The code I was given did not work so I had to use a temporary code the whole time. My unit had a big tarp over it that was collecting pieces of the ceiling. I’m guessing it was leaking, maybe? There is no on site staff so you have to call for help. And most importantly, their sign states that this is a 24 hour access building. Access cuts off at 10 pm and will not let you in. This has been very frustrating because I have had to do without some of my belongings for a night. For a little over $200 a month, this place is not worth it. I will be going elsewhere next time.

The process was easy but No management is on-site. No trash cans, no one cleans the facility, no climate control. And couldn't give me a time frame on when the air unit will be fixed. I didn't have a choice but to move to another facility.

Didn't have a good experience this was my daughter's storage the storage room was broken into things were stolen we got a police report red dot did what they were suppose to do but my daughter and I thought this was a secure facility needless to say we got the rest of our stuff out of there.

Could not find a link to go paperless billing, tried to live chat with anybody, as soon as I typed in my question it told me chat session ended. That was frustrating. My facility is looking bad, front door doesn’t work, wires exposed out of the walls, hardly any carts available, the place needs better upkeep, more cleaning needed.
