I came by today to buy cigarettes & saw the sign saying that you are going to start charging 4% for credit & debit card purchases. I usually spend about $300 to $400 or more a month at your store. I am not happy that I will be charged 4% for the convenience of using a card. if you choose to keep this fee in place I will be forced to go somewhere else to get my cigarettes. As will many others, this will lose you money in the long run.If it's that expensive for you to have a credit card machine then it's time you upgraded to a better & cheaper company than you currently have. This ridiculous policy will make u lose many customers. I use your store because it is less than a mile from my home, and your prices are great. Cigarettes are breaking the bank as it is, but it would cost me less to drive somewhere else to buy cigarettes than it would to be charged 4% on top of the cost of the cigarettes.Please take a long hard look at this policy & hopefully you come to your senses and choose to NOT charge me more than it already cost me.I am giving you a 5 star rating because your staff is amazing & your prices are good. But if you continue with this ridiculous policy I will be forced to lower the rating.

I've been one of your customers for years, but I'll find somewhere else to go now that you've instituted the ridiculous 4% charge on debit/credit cards. It's too bad, really, because your staff is the best.

Didn't seem very friendly to me.. not even a thank you. Only reason i went there was my normal one was closed. At least pretend to appreciate my business! I normally do not return to places where it seems they are doing me a favor by selling products!

I went to the store and was very disappointed to know that Jeff wasn’t there any more. He was the BEST! He was very knowledgeable and always eager to help. I went in had to help dig through the container to show them what I usually get and when they only had it in 0mg they just charged me for the nicotine pack and put it in the bag and told me to put it in myself. Like seriously??? I’ve never put that in before. Jeff would always go the extra mile. Will definitely be looking for a new vape shop.
