My Samsung phone was in lost mode and I forgot the pin, which means the phone is unrepairable, but the were extremely patient and willing to help with the Samsung tech support which doesn't exist by the way. “Candy at the Pike Metro store was so wonderful. Before I went to the store I was so frustrated and depressed, because I couldn't get into my old phone to get my photos. I tried everything and still could not get in it. When I went to the store I talk to Candy and told her what was going on, she said she would try to help, but she wasn't sure if she could do it. She did it she got into my phone and I got my photos back. She's a miracle worker to me! I can't thank her enough!? I have been with Metro for a very long time and I always go to the same store. All the people at the store are really friendly and always very helpful. If you like good service then this is the store to go to.”
“My husband and I went to several other phone carriers before Verizon in hopes of starting a new plan and none of them could help! We went to Jacksonville Verizon and Fisher was absolutely amazing! He was very helpful & kind! We spent about 3 hours in there trying to figure everything out and ended up staying past close but he never rushed us once! He was so patient, answered all of our questions and informed us of ALL of our options not just ones that benefited himself. He was the only associate in the store & dealt with us and 4 other customers by himself! All of us leaving more than satisfied! Shout out to fisher!!”
