We have been using Michele Pbillips for a little over 2 years now as a property manager for our rent house while we are traveling. Kristie Barnello is our agent and let me just tell you, she is on top of things! We don't have to worry about anything knowing our property is in her hands, she is great at communicating if there are ever any problems with the house, knows when she can just make a decision without needing to involve us, and will shop around and make sure we are always getting the best deal possible, for instance we had a water pipe burst and the first company was going to charge almost $4,000 to fix so she got more opinions from reputable companies and got it fixed for $300, over a year ago and we haven't had any issues since. We appreciate her so much and highly recommend Michele Phillips whether you are looking to buy, sell or rent!

A true professional, she was there for us, helping and answering our many questions as we were both coming from two different out of states. She also went above and beyond to make sure we closed as quickly as possible. Our buyer was having issues with their lender and she worked really hard to make sure those issues got resolved. We live out-of-state and Michele worked very hard to sell our property back in AR for us. She came highly recommended by a family friend who has handled our family's real estate transactions forever, but had retired. Very helpful. Prompt, always communicated clearly, and helped to make decisions in my best interest. I felt like I was being heard and my concerns were addressed. My Realtor, Jennifer Winstead, was very positive and understood what I needed. Never late or seemed bothered with the questions or concerns I had with the sale of my home. A definite referral to any of my friends or family in the area. I was referred to her by close friends, whom I consider family, and I was not disappointed.
