We got a camper flat while traveling thru Arkansas. We called Mayden, but they didn’t have our size. Without prompting the gentleman suggested another shop that was able to help us out. Great customer service to help someone out, at no business gain for yourselves. Thank you !!!

Dropped in last minute to see if they could fix a flat tire and they couldn't, they were busy with prior appointments but the gentleman was so helpful. He aired up the tire and gave me a valve cap. It was enough to get me where I needed to go.

Great service was fast, friendly,and well priced. First shop to put a tech in my seat less than 5 minutes of having the keys. Didn't try to upsell me either only mentioned the things i asked about. I got what I needed and will definitely be back. Have to also mention that I called and he actually me called back 10/10

Bobby was awesome! He was straight forward and real! He knew what he was talking about, could explain it to me easily, he knew how to fix it, and he didn't waste time talking around me or trying to impress me with his mechanical knowledge and abilities. His prices are great and I trust him. He told me a few of the things others told me needed replaced right away could totally wait. He let me know that he couldn't touch what might be a recall issue because then the manufacturer wouldn't pay for it, but he still offered to check more into if it is a recall issue. When I need any kind of car repair done in the future (unless it is that recalled item) I will be going to see Mayden Tire! You guys rock!
