IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MATTERESS THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT SO YOUR SOL MINE HAD HIGH CENTER AN IT FELT LIKE I WAS ROLLING OUT OF BED MANGER WOULD NO RETURN CALLS AND WOULD NOT COME AND CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM AGAIN SOL LESS THAN A YEAR PURCHASE

I can say I wasted my time with this company I will next time deal with Ashley at least there honest I was told I would have a delivery by 9 am so I'm up waitting called in to be told I'd be probabley last so I waitted all day lost 3 lawn jobs over this so if u want decent service call ashleys place is a joke never had problems till I decided to try hanks lesson learned

Craig at the NLR store was awesome! He didn’t bug us. He was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Let us walk around as long as we wanted and made himself available for any questions we had. His customer service resulted in a sale and in us becoming repeat customers!

Bought a sectional sofa just over 1 year ago from salesman Mr. Day. He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable without being pushy or pressuring. He gave us a good deal and a discount on extended warranty. Delivery was quick, on time, and professional. I even called a couple days later because I wanted to purchase an extra piece of the sectional to make it larger. Was able to quickly purchase it over the phone, and was able to pick it up myself the same day at their main wearhouse. Can't think of anything negative about my experience.

David was our salesman and he did amazing. He didn’t stand over us while we talked about our decisions and he answered all the questions we had about the pieces we wanted to purchase. The delivery men were also amazing, fast, and professional the whole time they did the setup. We will definitely be repeat customers

Sam was amazingly helpful and so nice! He answered all of our questions without making us feel pressured into a sale. We’re super excited about our new living room set! We’ve bought furniture from Hanks before and have been very happy with it. If you’re in need of some new furniture, go see Sam!

So we went to Hank’s Fine Furniture, and were met by Sam. To say he was astounding at his job is an understatement; Sam knew when to guide us to what we said were looking for. He also gave us time to work through how we wanted to stage the area, and even allowed me to move cushions and an ottoman to make sure the pieces I picked worked together. He was a pleasure to work with. Go see Sam at Hank’s!!

I bought a piece of furniture that was not cheap from Hanks in West Little. Rock took three months to get the furniture in then there was an electrical part that was bad been over two months, waiting on it with not one phone call from the people I have initiated every contact we’ve had, it seems like they’re not wanting to fix what is messed up now they tell me the parts in they will call and schedule a time to come out and repair it. That was a week ago. Don’t recommend buying anything from them.

Ordered furniture in February with a 6-8 week delivery date. Called at 8 weeks said 2 more weeks. Called 2 more weeks they said 2 more weeks. Each time telling me a different reason it wasn’t in. Called several more times with no answers so in May I started emailing the sales person After 2 months of communication I finally filed a dispute charge with my credit card. Corporate refused the charge back saying my furniture was in the warehouse I had no one notify me! I called the store paid the balance and received my furniture 6 months after it was ordered. Horrible customer service! Buyer beware! Being informed that my furniture was available by my credit card company is just not acceptable in my opinion.

I place an order late May with the understating that all of my items would be delivered in about a week or maybe two weeks at the most. Well, today is August 4th and I still have not received my order. I dealt with Rachel who I had to call multiple times to get an update even though I was told she would call me. Sometime mid July she called to get me on the schedule for a delivery because "the system" told her it would be delivered, so we scheduled it for August 5th and she would call to confirm. Since I had not heard from her I called which she stated that "the system" was now telling her it wouldn't arrive until August 18th. I understand that it may out of her control, but what is frustrating and unprofessional is the fact that there was a "promise" that I would have my order within a week or two weeks. If "the system" tells them it would be two weeks then Hank's has to deal with their vendors and demand a better delivery window because it is unprofessional to tell the customer their order will arrive in two week and not deliver. I am not going on week 10 still waiting for my order. I did call Rachel and cancel my order which she said she would and would refund my money, but I wish I would have been told "your delivery date would be between 2-10 weeks (or enough not to over promise a delivery date) to avoid mad customer for promises that can't be kept. So, if you do shop with Hank's just know to add 8 more weeks, possibly more, to whatever delivery date was given.
