I have always for years bragged about this pharmacy, but I can no longer do such when you have to wait 27 hours for an inhaler that you really need to help you breathe. That's going too far and then the girl of the window was very rude. When I first started coming here. If the Doctor called in a prescription, you could pretty much have it in 2 hours, not 27. 2 days later, the Doctor called in a prescription for my granddaughter for an ear infection. Cause she was in pain and here again. It's taken them over 27 hours to get it ready. Something has changed.

Drop a script off told to come back hour and half. Show up 3 hours later script still not done. Lil chick with glass is rude.

Great pharmacy. You don't have to wait hours or even days for your scripts to be filled. All the staff is very friendly.

Had an issue a couple weeks ago from a complete lack of courtesy, then insulted. After seeing their responses to other bad reviews with a contact email, I reached out. It’s been over a week now without any response. That was my third time there, the last time, and do not recommend.

If you like being talked to like dirt and no one seemingly trying to help resolve your medication issues, Lorna is your girl. She is far from professional , in person and on the phone. I have had several issues getting all my meds filled correctly or even at all. I have had medications just not filled, filled with wrong quantities, and medication prescriptions she says they just never got. And if you disagree with her at all, Lorna will hang up on you. I moved to express rx shortly after they opened, tired of big impersonal pharmacies. But at this point I will be be happy to just be a number to a pharmacy than be treated the way she had treated me. Thanks Lorna, keep running off loyal customers

Highly recommend these ladies are the absolute best out there. Quick, efficient and the absolute sweetest! Got my vaccine here and I'm terrified of needles. These ladies made sure I was comfortable and for the first time I didn't pass out while given a shot.

Wouldn't waste my time with this place ever again!! Signed up 3 weeks ago online to get an appointment for my Covid shot and have heard nothing. Signed up at Cornerstone Pharmacy one afternoon last week next morning I got an email with my appointment. Yes I check my email several times a day my spam is turned off so everything go to my inbox including spam nothing from this place!

I have been going to Express RX since the first week they opened and Summer and their was another lady there maybe Joyce before she left and then Lorna came and this pharmacy has been like family. I go there three to four times a week. I am so glad Express RX is to my house and the Owner, Summer and her Assistant, Lorna are so sweet. I will never leave this pharmacy. Thank you for your kindness and your “PHENOMENAL” customer service.
