Yesterday I went to the Dollar General Grocery Store in Sherwood Ar. I made one purchase of $3.04. I used my debit card at the self checkout. The only receipt that was offered was a coupon. I checked my bank account this morning and the charge was $12.35. I paid close attention to how much I spent for the item I purchased, Since I didn't have a proper receipt I am out over $9.00 I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Friendly service from staff and checks on customers with a smile. I didn't catch the ladies name but seemed she might be a manager. If she's not, she should be! Great looking store with items neatly stocked and some things were out of stock but I've found that at every DG I go to. A lot of new items to select from and the set up is great. First DG market I've been in and I was impressed!

The people who work here are amazing. But they're overworked and more than likely underpaid. And that is the only reason I gave it three ⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Often times the shelves aren't stocked because they don't have enough people to keep up with the amount of business they get.

This is the worst managed dg store i have ever been too. Always low on almost everything. The only good about it is the employees. I live not far from this store and shop there alot because closeness but I've gotten to where I'll drive further to next dollar general or somewhere else.

This store sucks! They are never stocked with anything it’s like they never get a truck or something!!! The management at the store is non existent stood in line for 13mins because the manager was outside doing god knows what when the self service machine was acting up!! This is the biggest DG in Sherwood. There is no reason this store shouldn’t operating at peak standards at least a lot more than it is now!

The shelves are always bare. The day I went in there was a black lady that was very pleasant and made sure she gave me a warm welcom to the store but she was the cashier, the stocker, the customer service, and everything else. The 20 minutes I spent in there walking down empty aisle I never saw another employee. She was working hard and the line was constantly long. They need to get her some quality help. That store looked like an empty wasteland dump. Nothing was on the shelves anywhere.

This store is truly sad. No inventory on shelves because inventory is still sealed in boxes that are blocking the aisles. This has been going on for some time now. I was in there today and a senior citizen approached me and asked if they were closing this store. She then stated that she was hoping they wouldn't close because she can't drive any further to other stores. The person in there that seemed to be "stocking'", was moving at a snail's pace. Is there any chance we could get some stocked shelves!
