I have a new born and haven't been able to make it up to the store do to recovery so they naturally put my prescription away which I understand. HOWEVER I called that morning to let them know I was coming up that day and even apologized for not being able to pick it up sooner. So when I arrived they told me they just put it back on the shelf and I'd have to wait 20 minutes for it to be filled again. So with my new baby in the car I have to come back another day do to them not being allowed to be in car seats past 30 minutes and her needing a change. So needless to say I was upset because we will have to make a special trip and time taking out for calls. When I did call back I got snotty service. I can see why the have low ratings besides the fact they aren't a w4 hour pharmacy.

I went over to CVS after Walgreens was closing to get my script (I've never been in CVS before) I walked in to a very clean store then walked over to the pharmacy one guy was training a lady so the main tech helped me. He was super sweet and very caring 10/10 will be returning

Pharmacy always rocks when I come get medications and that's a couple times a week. Friendly staff and outstanding service from the Pharmacy personnel.

The “manager “ mocked me as he walked away . I was only trying to explain to him that the receipt was wet before he stuck his hand in the bag. I then asked to speak to someone and he told me that he’s the only there and I could go to the north Little Rock location he was very rude and unprofessional.

I hate my insurance switched to CVS. Sherwood location is horrible. Closed during regular hours, pick up window closed during business hours....the staff....ugh.

Terrible service. At 4pm I received a message informing me that they had received my prescription and that they would send me a message when they were ready to pick them up. At 6 pm I decided to call to ask if I could pick up my medicines. I have been waiting for 1 hour 20 minutes for them to answer my call.
A friend went to the pharmacy since they close at 8pm.
They never answered my call.

Rude, unprofessional. I was Shorted 6 pills on a thirty day prescription. When I called it to their attention, a very rude staff member told me I had made a mistake. I fill my weekly container every Sunday, so no I did not make a mistake. She said they would watch the camera and call me back. They did not. I have transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy and intend to file a complaint with Express., Scripts.
