I mean where do I start? They didn’t even have the car that I communicated with management about to take a look at. Oh it went to auction? Thanks for letting me know before I wasted my time and money making my way there. Never cared to get my name right, wouldn’t listen when I said I didn’t have the down payment they wanted that same day. Genuinely only care for sales and commissions, couldn’t even get a WATER but they had me there for 2hours+. I know dealerships suck but geez these people are prototypes for salesman who want to bankrupt you monetary wise with crazy interest rates only for their own benefit. Never go here for new or used cars.

To Date issue is not resolved! I've driven up there once and was told part is not in and will be notified when part comes in. I have not received a call notifying me that the part was in. I am not sure why I received this email.

Did not honor warranty. Then work not done in a timely manner. Not ready when they said it would be. When it was picked up the service guy Ty could not be bothered to even talk to my wife and son. They were directed to a cashier, handed the keys and left to locate the car on they own. Not the least bit impressed with anything about the experience. It has completely soured me on the brand and this is the third Kia I have owned.

Crain Kia of Sherwood had amazing service!! I knew exactly what I was wanting and it happened they had the exact model and we did it all over the phone! Juju was great and we had great communication with the Sales Manager as he explained everything to us to get the deal done. They went above and beyond on a Saturday evening!!!!

Lengthy time to diagnose issue (3 hours), but an average amount of time to correct problem (1 HOUR). Very service oriented service writers. Issue seems to be with diagnostic people. not WITH SERVICE WRITERS.
