Crain Kia of Sherwood has had my daughters car for 2 weeks, 2022 Kia Sportage purchased in October 2022. They have poor communication, no loaner car, making excuses constantly, VERY condescending treatment; especially with Dylan Jackson. My daughter was on speaker phone with him and I heard their whole conversation along with her entire office. She was calm and respectful the entire time talking to him. She has called everyday because she was not being updated. Two of my brothers have worked for Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, etc for over 32 years. Absolutely unexceptable! My daughter told Dylan that if something is done soon she will be leaving a bad review on google & yelp, his reply to say "please do" and spelled his name. I WILL NEVER EVER REFER anyone to this dealership. Must be because it's Crain because we have had horrible experiences with the service department there also! DO BETTER! When someone spends their hard earn money to make a purchase and get the WORST customer, SHAME ON YOU! Terrible taking advantage of a young woman trying to do right in life and take care of her responsibility!

Don't expect your warranty to be fully followed. I have had my car in the shop (Kia Soul 2018, 75k miles) waiting for a new engine because my engine is Kia Faulty. still no rental car or replacement car. My vehicle is fully paid for. Can't do my job though as a real estate agent without transportation. Oh! And they valued my car 6k less than the actual value when I asked about just replacing the car. I will never work with Crain willingly again.

Great people. I bought a Soul about a year ago. Come to find out, my lug lock key was messed up, so I couldn't rotate my tires. The service guys there came out with a key kit, popped off the locks, and I was on my way. Thank you very much!

Be careful when you get there, you may leave a bit lighter in the wallet in a new Kia. Guys are all slick talking and soon have you convinced. Great dealer, 0 pressure, sale's people are great answer questions when you ask but stay out of your way when husband and wife decisions are being made. Was able to test drive with wife only, no sale's people sitting in your lap bla bla blaing. I highly recommend Crain Kia

The manager came out to talk to our daughter ( who is buying & paying for the car) about the offer they made on the vehicle, the manager said to her, do you really really like the vehicle? She said yes I really like the vehicle! He said can you say really four times? And she said I really really really really like the vehicle. He said well I'm sorry I cannot do the deal that you want I'm so sorry. How sexist & demeaning can you get? Sir, would you say that to my husband or a man buying a car?
