Great store. My favorite place to stop. Although tha guy that was working this afternoon, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Tha whole time he had customers, he never greeted them nor looked at them!! He was too busy chatting it up wit his co-worker. Maybe tha first part of new hire training should consist of CUSTOMER SERVICE! If it does, this guy OBVIOUSLY didn't pay attention. Customer service of ANY kind is not a job for tha 2 who were working this afternoon

This is normally a good store, however, my card was incorrectly charged and the Supervisor refuses to acknowledge it, or to cooperate with my bank; she was, in fact, rude and belligerent. I was willing to give the store the benefit of doubt because of its good reputation, but this supervisor has caused me to not trust the management of the store.
