Not open on the weekends and ATM never works. Hard for me to do any type of business with them since I work the hours they're open and can't go on a Saturday since they're closed. When I get the chance I am changing to a different local bank that will be open on the weekends and that has a working ATM that I can rely on..

This bank doesn't get in a hurry to give you your $ back when your card is fraudulently used. If it doesn't make them $ they don't care

Sorry got the branch managers name wrong, the other employees are great but dadgum this woman is SO rude. Her boss said he would have never charged me that overdraft fee that caused me to close my account. He even offered my account back

Very poor customer service. My purse was stolen out of my car. 634 was spent at Walmart from my debit card before I was able to turn in as stolen. I called this branch to report the charges on my account the next day. The first person I talked to was very rude about it. Said would be at least 10 days until I would be able to get money back to my account. Before he was even done talking said “Do you want to speak to my manager?” To make a long story short, after calling the corporate number to file a complaint, talking to branch manager and going in to file the dispute they still are saying it will be as little as 10 days to 90 days before my money maybe will be replaced. It’s so frustrating... Not friendly at all. The branch manager even went as far as telling me it was my fault my purse was stolen. ?
