This veterinarian group is absolutely amazing! They saw us for our little dog, Poppy. They are friendly, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable! Poppy had an emergency over the week end , saw two different ERs that just didn't fix our issue properly. They saw us on Monday & Dr. Hauk is absolutely a miracle! She fixed our baby girl up properly and we are on the road to recovery. This entire office is amazing!!! I can't thank them enough.

I should have made a 5-star review when the doctors and staff helped me with an emergency with one of my babies, Pot Pie, in 2022. She was badly hurt from a family dog, had an abdominal hernia, I think, and they fixed her right up. She has been healthy as can be for the past 2 years until just a week ago. She started sneezing. I originally made my appointment for her and her mother, Zima. Zima had some ulcers on her stomach and was sneezing too. Found out that Pot Pie had an upper respiratory infection and Zima had this disease associated with allergic responses or parasitism that causes ulcers to form on her body. Both improved after their visit, but then my third baby boy (brother to Pot Pie), Togepi, started sneezing the same day. I made him an appointment thinking BHVH were already booked for the day and it would be another two weeks until I could have come in, but they got me on their schedule that very same day. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done. Togepi came into this hospital with ringworms, upper respiratory, and feline herpes, and today he is doing so much better. He’s himself again, purring and being spoiled rotten still while getting his nebulizer treatments for his breathing problem. Thank you so much to the doctors and staff ❤️ I really appreciate everything you’ve done to keep my babies in good condition.

Dr. Hauk, Dr. Griffin, and staff took great care of my cat during his endstage heart disease. Even though I was a new client and had only been to the clinic twice, when I came back with my new cat they remembered me. The entire staff are friendly and professional.
UPDATE - I am still a happy client of BHVH. I take my pets there for all of their vet care. Their pet portal is very convenient and their staff are always a pleasure when I go in.

They were great with my cat and quickly got me in without an appointment. They've earned my business with my other cat and is the vet I've been searching for.
Again, they got me in quickly for a stray that my wife found. And they continue to earn my respect and the continue care for our pets. Pic of the stray/little one that adopted us.

I have been client since they opened. All of the doctors are knowledgeable and care about their patients. The techs, assistants, and front office staff also do a great job. I appreciate all of them so much!

They have taken care of my 2 chihuahuas for almost two years and my lab for 4 years. Dr. Mona Griffin helped my small chi stop having seizures with the first medicines we tried. Then Dr. Griffin also helped my lab get arthritis and thyroid pills and now my lab has so much energy and looks fabulous especially to be 13 years old! They also fill prescriptions. We love it here!
