I don't know what kind of policy you people have regarding customers but sending your employee outsidenst 8:45am to tell ME in my parked car with about 5 other cars waiting for the bank to open that the bank wants ME to go next door to Walgreens while they get everything together. I have never heard of this rule? Is this a new policy? And if that's the case why was I the only car targeted?? I was parked like everyone else. Yet she came to my car. U open at 9 people always wait outside in their cars until you open.

If you don't have an account with Bank of Ozarks don't go there for change for your convenience store they immediately turned me awayBut arvest Bank on the other hand fought Lions tigers and bears oh my! Just to make sure I have the change I needed for the gas station that I work at not only did they do that they gave me a bag of popcorn for free which I thought was really nice ☺️☺️☺️

I asked if they had a notary on staff, they confirmed they did. The male teller stated it is for a Account holders only. No problem i asked how long it took to open an account. The teller laughed at me. Then proceeded to ask if i was going to use the account or just get my papers notarized and then not use the account.I told him no thank you because i do not appreciate being laughed at. I have one account with capital one who is difficult to use in this area as there is no branch here to walk into. I genuinely need a bank close to home. It will not be Arvest Bank.However Centennial Bank just down the road was very polite and professional with me.

I Have banker at Arvest for 10 years, I love them, this specific location is always clean and kept up, well lit and you feel safe at the ATM after hours. Anytime I have had to go into the lobby the staff was very friendly and professional. Unless anything changes I’ll bank at Arvest indefinitely. Thank you Arvest for serving me for ten years and counting.

I enjoy this team. They work professional and with curiosity with everyone. They can't hurry because you are in a hurry. Take a couple of deep breaths and calm down. They are doing their job. It's your money if you rush them. Please be kind to one another, and made this world a better place.

I have several accounts with Arvest and have always loved it. As I was looking into taking my son to open an account it is found that they are not open to the public for the lobby except from 9-4 with NO Saturday hours. This makes it hard for working people to do business in person. I will be looking into other options.

Arvest and this especially this location are absolutely garbage. Their fees are INSANE and they are so slow that normal business functions take forever.

This is the slowest service of any bank. It is consistently slow. There will be 6 cars in line and one person woring the drive-through. I have since moved my money to anothet bank because of this
